I visited for dine-in and ordered one chicken biryani and one goat biryani. Unfortunately, this was the worst biryani I have ever had in Edmonton.
Both dishes were excessively oily and had the exact same bland, indistinguishable flavor—there was no difference between the chicken and goat options. The quality was shockingly poor.
To make matters worse, there was no staff available to address our concerns. The only server present, who was handling the front desk and serving, displayed a completely dismissive attitude when we mentioned how oily the food was.
I strongly advise against dining here or ordering takeout. The experience was a total waste of money, and I will not be returning.

I recently ordered burgers from this restaurant and find piece of plastic in my food. I called them to complain about it. The person who received my call didn’t apologize for their mistake. I requested to speak to their manager she refused that, even to make matters worse she said “Do whatever you want she doesn’t care about it ” She was very rude and unprofessional. I always order jalebi from uber eats and they always send it in plastic containers but this time I am highly disappointed first they sent jalebi in paper bags which was leaking from the bottom and the jalebi was so cold like they just reheat the old one again. I ordered from New Streets of India on November 3, 2025, through Uber Eats. My child was eating the Chicken Tikka Wrap and found hard, sharp chicken bones inside. The bones cut the inside of my child’s mouth, causing bleeding and pain. This is not a small mistake — this is a serious food safety issue that could have caused choking or serious injury.
When I called the restaurant to report it, the staff (girls who answered the phone) laughed while I was explaining what happened. They gave me another number to call and now, they are ignoring my calls completely.
This is disgusting, irresponsible, and heartless behaviour.
If you care about your family’s safety, please avoid this restaurant. No parent should ever go through this kind of experience.
