Really enjoyed the food here! Everything we tried was tasty — especially the fried dumplings, soup, and shrimp dish. The flavors were great and the portions were just right. There are so many options on the menu, it’s fun to explore and mix things up. Definitely planning to come back to try more next time. The iced tea was surprisingly good too — nice and refreshing. The place had a relaxed vibe and the staff were friendly, which made the experience even better.

Great Food. Wide selection, served Hit and Fresh. You pick your Meats, then Veggies, Add an egg or two, then Sauce. Pick your Starch or not if your on Keto. Will Return and Recommend . Approx $16 per bowl. Not all you can eat tho. Pro tip _ smash your ingredients down to get more on Top.

This place was very busy when we went with the line going out the door, but the service was very graceful about it. You go along the counter and scoop what you want into a bowl (you will be charged by weight if you overfill it), tell them what kind of base starch you would like and then wait for them to cook it. There were disposable gloves we could use with the tongs. All of the sauces are very delicious. Because it is so popular, maybe making a reservation in advance is wise.

The food is always good. You get to pick your own ingredients and let them cook it for you. Fresh. Can’t go wrong with that. However, I feel that they conduct so much business. They should have a larger establishment and or a better waiting space For the longer weight customers that are choosing to dine in. As for the process of ordering for takeout you go in, pick your ingredients, give it to them. Let them know that you are doing a carryout and they still put it in a bowl and take it to a table letting your food get cold and then coming and asking the customers who are waiting. If it that is their number and then they toss it in it to go container, throw it in a bag and charge you $60 to $80 for two people and then send you on your way. So by the time you get home your food needs to be microwaved. But other than that it’s not too bad. Very busy, very loud, very chaotic. So if you have anxiety or you’re not a very social person, avoid this establishment

They have so many options here. It’s sooo good. Honestly one of the best restaurants in Chattanooga. They give two yum yum sauce to go and a fortune cookie. Love that they have gloves to wear at the buffet. Wish the bowls were more dry when you pick them up from the buffet, kind of find that disgusting. If you eat in they offer salad or soup with your main course. You pick your meat first, then the veggies, fruit, eggs, then pick your sauce in a separate ramakan, then they ask if you want noodles or rice. After that it’s cooked and you are given a # for your dish. Overall this food is devinely delicious. Definitely recommend.
PS not sure how come sometimes they ask when you are dining in if you want soup or salad with your stir fry, but they didn’t ask last time.

My favorite restaurant in town. We eat here all the time because it’s right down the road from my office. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming, food is delicious and priced very well and always comes out hot and delicious. Never had a bad experience here. Can’t recommend enough.

The food was nice and fresh with lots of options. The staff were all very friendly but the server we had delivered our food and never came back. We sat with empty glasses and finally got up and walked up to the counter before she came running with our check. We’ll be back because the food was so good but not for the service!
