Best McDonalds in the greater Nashville area. The indoor playground is a life-saver for parents and kids alike. Love the tableside service and that there’s a private bathroom in the playground room. Only downside is that they’re so popular they always sell out of the specials quickly.

I purchased an overpriced sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Once I received the order, the sausage was missing. I addressed my concern with a worker, received a fresh order, and to my surprise the sausage was forgotten again. The customer service laughed it off; both times and the manager onsite, witnessed both encounters and did nothing about it.

Waited 30 min at the second window, only to have 5 orders go through behind me. Finally backed up to the window and waited an extra 5 min for them to hand me the order, which was wrong. I got what looks like a half-eaten large fry and just the burger, no snack-wrap??? Never going to Mcdonalds again, company only employs the lazy and unreliable…

So I just ordered a large caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle paid for the extra caramel drizzle and an espresso shot. I paid almost $10. I normally pay a little over $7ish. Those of you who keep up with my Google reviews know I almost never give a one-star review. There is almost no caramel in this cup they told me that per McDonald’s they can’t put it around the cup and that’s a lie . Every single McDonald’s I ever go to does the same exact thing when I pay for extra caramel. And it took forever to get through the drive thru. I’m just saying if you can get to a different McDonald’s go to a different McDonald’s. I did however think the espresso shot was right.
One more thing I also believe that the person before me paid for my meal because he already had my change ready for me and my receipt was already printed out when I got to the first window. That should have been my choice if I was going to pay for the next cars meal or not.

I truly appreciate Octavia for taking care of me. I was dissatisfied with the quality of my sandwhich and when I walked back in to have it rectified, Octavia quickly went to action and went above and beyond. Not only did she ensure the quality of my food was up to McDonalds standard but she also provided me with upgraded fresh fries, an apple pie for my troubles, and kindness that was genuine. Thank you Octavia for making my experience worthwhile.

If I could give a 0 I would. I understand that it’s McDonald’s & I’m not expecting 5 star service. Regardless, I come in around 8:30 to pick up my order, & there’s a group of 4 teens (looks like) up front. I walk in and I receive no greeting. I’m waiting up front for my order or at least some acknowledgment, maybe a “Be right with you!” Or anything LOL. But nothing. Instead they’re all laughing and joking with eachother huddled in a group together behind the counter. One of them wasn’t even in McDonald’s uniform. He was wearing a black shirt & red pajama pants. And then- he burps really loud. Still haven’t been acknowledged at this point either. And then him and some other employee started play fighting. When my order came out, a girl finally brought me my order but she didn’t say anything to me. I honestly didn’t expect anything better but I feel like if you have customers in the building, you can at least make it look professional up front & do.. whatever they were doing I guess just not in front of me.

Check your bag if you decide to order at this location. They will give you something different. If you get with an employee, they pass you to another and sometimes they say: “we gave you that.” It’s McDonalds not 4 star restaurant. Just listen to customers!

Never fail to disappointment, no matter what location you go to.
I hardly ever go to McDonald’s, maybe twice a year. Every time I go, it seems that they can not get simple orders right. First time going to this McDonald’s I ordered a mcchicken only cheese. They gave a regular mcchicken with cheese. Went in and the manager acted like he had a problem with me complaining.
Second time, today, I order a cappuccino sugar free, medium. Cup was small making me think it was a small. Then it was only half way to 2/3 filled, not even close to the rim. $5 for a half filled cup of cappuccino. This is way I rarely go to McDonald’s. Other fast food places have their stuff together for the most part. Nothing compared to mcdonalds and the lack of precision on orders. Smh

Very dirty location. Brought my kids in to the play area and all of the tables were covered in trash. Our order of two kid’s meals took almost 15 mins. The employees were too busy dancing to Bad Bunny which was playing loud all the way into the play place. Very disappointed!

Extremely rude staff. Order was completely wrong. When asked to correct the staff was even more rude. If you dont want people to complain then do it right with out the attitude in the first place. If you’re in Hendersonville do yourself a favor and go to another location
