For a burger place, this place gets 5 stars, large menu to include a veggie burger and halibut burgers. Quality food, no skimping, fries cooked to perfection, lots of dipping sauce options. Dandy took our order and served us our food outside. She knows true customer service and enjoys her job! The atmosphere is a cute burger joint with outside seating, the best part is that it is also very clean!

We got there when a bus had arrived with like 25 kids so we knew it would be a long wait. The staff did great! I wasn’t impressed with the burger. Nothing special. The milkshake however, was top notch!

Drove through and got a fish sandwich which was a lot. Good French fries, over the summer they have the best Walla Walla onion rings. More than just a drive through. Has decent area inside and plenty of parking. Customer service has always been excellent. Employees are very happy people.

This place is amazing. It only seems to be south/southwest WA, so anytime I am in area I ❤️ coffee milkshakes. Always has a new seasonal menu item to try whether Yakima onions, strawberries, mushrooms or zucchini. It also uses real Tilamook cheese which is real flavorful instead of bland, fake regular American cheese people seem to love. It can be expensive, but worth it for the flavor and seasonal menu items of the food. The atmosphere and service has been superb for I have dined in and used drive thru. Recommend if you have not tried a Burgerville.

My family and I came in tonight for a quick bite while we were on the road and had a wonderful experience! Kyler is amazing and so kind – he did such a wonderful job at walking me through my options since I have Celiac disease. My husband, parents, and I were all so pleasantly surprised with how informative and thoughtful he was!! It’s been about 2 hours since I had my meal and I’m confident there was no gluten cross contamination. Our burgers and fries were also phenomenal

Burgerville is supposed to be open until 11:00 p.m. I showed up to order in the Drive-Thru at 10:58 p.m. and they told me they were closed and afterwards I learned from Google that they are supposed to take your order and serve you as long as you are there to order before 11:00 p.m. so to the person who was too lazy to do their job thoroughly I recommend either correcting your mistake or finding a different job. Some compensation for the mental anguish I had to suffer from the false advertising would be cool to make things right. I don’t like showing up right before closing but I was in a pinch and was in need of good customer service but got turned down hopefully things will be better there in the future.

We ordered two burgers with beyond patties (the meat alternative) which is what we have ordered for years from other locations across Washington and Oregon, and enjoyed. Two people were present on our end to witness we indeed did order that option. When it arrived it was some sort of bocca burger veggie patty. I came inside and the manager was the most indignant and unapologetic service worker I have intereracted with in a very long time. I simply stated what happened from our perspective and that the order was wrong. She shot back “no that’s not true. That’s not what you ordered.” And proceeded to attempt to gaslight us. There was no apology nor clarification nor offer to correct the situation in any way. I left frustrated instead of trying to continue interacting with her, as her other staff began literally laughing at me as I left the building. One of the other workers shouted sorry awkwardly as I closed the door, acknowledging no apology had been said up until then. I will absolutely never be back to this location.

Burgerville is and has been the Northwests version of In and Out burger.
It’s a bit more expensive but I believe it’s absolutely worth it, from taste to how I feel Afterwards. It isn’t your average fast food place. It’s worth a try if you have never been Chances are you won’t regret it.

This place has really good burgers! We drove by and was told to stop by and try it out by a friend who said “it’s the best burger place I’ve ever had” and it did not disappoint. The waffle fries came out crispy and the burger was nice and juicy. Their shake is extremely creamy. They have vegan options for all their foods (including the shake). The parking wasn’t bad and we went when it was pretty empty. There’s also a bathroom that requires a code for paying customers.
