Update: After an email to corporate they have given me a $15 off coupon for my next mobile order. Even though the location might suck at least the company hasn’t gone completely downhill yet.
Have been going her for 30+ years. Have always defended it. Even drive farther to come to this one instead of going to the new one thats closer on Mirror Lake. No more. Made an online order and showed up. They were making everyone in the drivethru line pull ahead and park. Already a bad sign. They finally bring out my food. I had two chicken sandwiches, a fry, and two sweet chili sauces. I checked the bag and saw two sandwiches, a fry, and my two sweet two chili sauces. Went home and got my food to find out they weren’t chicken but two cheeseburgers instead. Meal completely ruined and money wasted.

Ridiculous amount of time waiting for our food. Lady at the register is moving at the pace of a snail. She just pauses and stares at the screen like she doesn’t know what to pack next. I came here for FAST food. Hence wendy’s being called a fast food restaurant. Got orders wrong/mixed up. Is calling out names so quietly that we’re standing right in front of her and cannot hear her, having to ask her to repeat the name. Someone is shuffling a deck of cards in the back when there are 7+ orders not ready and not wearing GLOVES or HAIRNETS while preparing food. They’re also giving people the wrong orders and making food incorrectly. Paid for a frosty and it was filled only half way up. Had to give it back for her to add the frosty into the cup.

Came here in drive thru last night and was given nasty food. Fries were stale and Luke warm and not even salted. Our spicy chickens tasted like rubber. They were old as hell and nasty. Plus I had to go thru twice since they gave me the wrong nuggets too. Don’t come here if you want hot fresh food!!!

They took absolutely forever to get out incorrect orders. Everyone in there is moving at a snail’s pace if not slower. My hamburger and frosty were both made incorrectly even though it took them 30 minutes

Cashier charged my card for two different transactions, one not being mine. Left my card inside and walked away, after 10 mins I finally get my card back, and my food, called the Gm Tasha for a refund and was told so many different things on why “I couldn’t” get a refund. Never had an issue like this before anywhere else. Happened on Saturday & come Monday still nothing got resolved, just told a lot of bullshit. Charge never fell off my account. Paid 24$ for a kids meal a with extra nuggets.

Due to the drive thru being full, my brother in law went inside to get a jr cheeseburger with only mayo and a baked potato with butter and cheese. 30 minutes later he came out with the food. The teens “working” inside there were arguing as to who was going to take the orders or prepare the orders. They didn’t even know what order went to which customer. They were too involved with being on their phones and playing around! The ones in the drive thru were coming in or going back around because their orders were wrong! This is ridiculous! BTW, the cheeseburger he was given, was completely wrong and the potato was cold!!!! 1st and last time going to this location!!

AWFUL!! I’m here out of town for a week and decided to stop and grab lunch. When my order was taken they tried charging me for sauces that were included with the meal. When nicely asking the lady taking my money and she couldn’t explain I asked for a manager to explain what I was missing. Instead of talking to me the manager reput in my order to get the “ extra charged sauces off” lady came back took my card swiped it and gave me a receipt. When I looked it was even MORE money than before because now I was charged for a LARGE COMBO MEAL I didn’t once ask for! Manager at the second window told me that’s how they do it there and proceeded to cop an attitude in which I returned the favor while asking for a refund because I no longer wanted food made by an establishment who has unprofessional argumentative employees. She continued to argue and said she would have to call her district manager like that would change my mind. I told her again I wanted my refund to call and rolled up my window and waited. While on the phone my window is cracked as well as theirs and the staff was making rude comments about me. She came back and gave me my refund and tried giving me the food for free in which I kindly declined. She proceeded to argue with me and tell my I come to this place and do this all the time. Honey I live in NW Indiana so I’m so glad you see me all the time from 12 hours away.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. No way they can pass health inspection. There was food on the floor behind the counter and in front of the counter. The staff was walking in it. The store was not busy, so there was not reason other than the inept staff. The drink dispensers had many selections “unavailable” and the counter staff was baffeled as to how to solve it. I had to ask for them to fill the drinks from the drive through dispensers and then they failed 2x. My burger was cold and my wife could not eat her entire wrap. Fries were cold. Entire store was greesy. The women who appeared to be the supervisor or manager was so out of shape should could not move to reach a cart moved by a staff member. Until they can train up their staff, they should close this store. FYI, I tried to call the owners of the store, and they could not id their own store by store number from their sign. They chose to relcutantly pass my information to their District Manager, and the DM did not call back. My guess the DM knows and cannot solve the issue.

Their drive-through is extremely slow.. After waiting in line for 25 minutes, I received old cold fries and brick hard chicken nuggets. This location’s integrity is shot please take my advice and don’t waste your money at the Wendy’s on highway 61 in Villa Rica. You’re welcome in advance.
