Ordered through the app 3 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and 2 hashbrowns. No alterations, plain and simple.
Went through drive thru to pick up. The lady smiled but never once spoke to me as she waited for the food to be done.
Once we got the food, we hit the highway for a tournament.
All 3 sandwiches were bacon, not sausages. I checked my order and receipt, yup sausages.
I tried calling, they never answer.
IF I ever order anything for dinner, I always check my food as yes, I request like ketchup only. I didn’t realize that besides counting 3 sandwich wrappers n 2 hashbrowns would mean I’d have to open it to make sure I had the right meat.
Idk how something so simple was messed up. And of course you can never ever get ahold of someone. Idk how many times I’ve had to step behind the counter to get someone to even wait on me. They refuse to acknowledge anyone face to face.

Just awful. My son and I used the kiosk because it appeared that the five workers on the other side of the counter weren’t interested in coming to the front . Ok, I guess they were busy, but there’s only my son and I, and one other customer waiting as well. We complete our order, choosing the option to dine in and enter the table tag number. We find a seat and wait and wait and wait some more. Finally, a customer who came in after we did said to us, “Is your order number 19?” It was!. The worker just put the order on the counter, said nothing, and that was the end of that. However, when I asked for our cups for our drinks after flagging down a worker. They looked like I asked for the keys to the safe.
The staff is loud and loose with their language.
Do better. This location is a poor example of service.

Unfortunately, every single time I come they never get my order correct. Im not too complicated either I dont think, usually just two regular double cheeseburgers and two with just ketchup and cheese… I would recommend checking your order before you leave to make sure it is correct.

I ordered through the mobile app, went in to pick my order peeked in the bag and thought everything was there. Turns out they forgot my fries for my nugget meal. I feel like something is always forgotten here and I shouldn’t have to check every single time to make sure the food I PAID FOR is in the bag. You try to call them and nobody answers. Very frustrating.

Employees seemed irritated that I asked for them to replace my fries that sat for 15 minutes and got cold, while waiting on other food. They put the same fries back on the counter. Like I wouldn’t notice. Its cleaner than other McDonald’s but the employees are worse.

The little Lightskin girl that doesn’t want to do her job and wants to get attitudes with customers over doing her job should really be fired especially giving out service like during your busiest time. Her attitude and actions are in excusable and her little friend working the front counter should be held accountable too she watched her half-ass her job

Went through the drive thru to get a coke. It was probably the worst coke I’ve ever had. I couldn’t finish it. It only had 2 cubes of ice and was warm. On top of that, it tasted like straight up syrup. Highly disappointed

Awful people and food. They deliberately put onions in between my patties after my husband asked for none because im allergic. No SOP for fast food requires onions in the middle like the stated. This was intentional and coildve made me very sick. Then the staff was awful and the manager had about as many brain cells as a chicken.
