Before I get to the ridiculous price for 2 veggie samosas let’s start with how greasy this crap is. It looks like the samosas went straight from the fryer right into a brown paper bag, they didn’t even bother draining the damn thing. Now let’s talk about them charging $9 dollars for 2 Veggie Samosas, most places charge $4 for 2 some even $6 but these guys take the cake at $9 after taxes. Not to mention every bite you take there’s oil dripping out. 0/10 stars don’t even bother because these people don’t care about improving the quality of their food. Don’t believe me? Just look at the picture.

The food here is always so good, especially the white sauce, and the chicken tikka khati roll with Unda. They have great Mango Lassi as well, and I love that you can order on the iPad. It’s effortless and seamless. They have plenty of seating and play amazing music that makes the experience enjoyable. They have beautiful decorations, and lastly, the bathrooms are always very clean.

It’s a charming little café with a lovely interior, but the food was a mixed experience. The tikki chaat was flavorful and delicious, and the fries were definitely a highlight. However, the chicken rice platter didn’t taste fresh and felt like an old version of a typical halal-style dish. The chai was average at best. Overall, it’s worth trying once, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Before I begin, I must say that the food was very good. However, that does not excuse a plethora of flaws in this restaurant. I ordered the butter chicken. Big mistake. I paid 22 DOLLARS for a bowl of rice and a bowl of butter chicken, both bowls smaller than the palm of my hand. I left still feeling hungry. On top of this, it took at least 25 min for the food to finally come out. If the service was quicker and the portions were bigger for a better price, this restaurant would be great, but it’s not. I am not one to write reviews, but here I am writing a one star with the hope that the owners read this and realize that changes need to be made. If you want good food and don’t feel like being absolutely robbed, do not go here.

I’ve ordered from here on multiple occasions. Although portions for certain items could be larger and service sometimes is inconsistent – I still keep going back. Why? The food is that good and consistent in flavor. Staff is not disrespectful and are friendly when greeted also with kindness.

Pretty avg, I’ve been there after some reference on the awesome roll. In the evening, we planned it was bogo on platter, so got Achaari chicken roll, chicken platter, and lamb platter.
While having it, i was a little disappointed with the Achaari taste. It’s not so good. From the platter, I’m not sure why the regular rice was a little less cooked. Wish to have the long grain or properly cooked rice. Salad on the side was pretty less. Of course, bogo is justified based on the quality and quantity, nothing great.

I really like this place, although the portions are way too small for how much they’ve raised prices. No tiny Kati roll is worth 13$ when you need 3-4 of them as an adult man. Tandoori chicken at the price of 25$ an order for 4 small cuts of chicken is insane.

Yumm food and great service… nice ambiance
Tandoori fish was awesome
It was spicy and they gave us some drink which was amazing as well. Never had Nagpur food. It was great taste. The lychee Martini was well made as well. Must try place 🙂

The best thing about this restaurant is that they stay open until 3am. To me that was a huge blessing – I got into New Brunswick past midnight and was ravenous and desperately looking for Indian food. Bless these guys they were open. I tried the aloo gobi sabzi and the garlic naan and it was perfect. The mango lassi is damn good too. Just disappointed that they made you buy a bottle of water when a glass of tap water would suffice. I took some malai kofta to go and it was OK at most. They do not charge any gratuity up front in the check and leave that option to you when you pay – and that’s a good thing. I would say this is easily the most decent place for food in the New. Brunswick area. The restaurant has plenty of room you can seat at least 50 people at a time and it still doesn’t feel that cramped. They offer vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. No alcohol served here.
