Despite my bad experience with the Shabotly restaurant chain, I find this place with its management and employees working in it to be good and they have restored my confidence in them. Perhaps the poor management and customer service is what may harm the reputation of these restaurants. Thanks to the workers for being very friendly and I found them like a beehive at work. A successful experience.

Wierd. There was no atmosphere other than closing time, the wierd part? Yeah, it was 830pm closing is not until 11pm. So yeah 2 1/2 hours early we are not bringing any more food out. People were leaving, limited fixins, no vegetables, clean up crew were sending folks the closing time vibe on a saturday night, 2/28/26. Clearly they needed to close up and get out of there. Its fine, for next time i noticed Qdoba a couple blocks away

I could underrstand its 10pm we close at 11 but two and a half hours early your not gonna stock the fixins? Its fast food.

Food? not sure it was just meat n beans

Service = to lazy to stock food

Atmosphere = early closing time

Overall = well you can do the math

After entering the establishment, The young boy behind the counter did not make eye contact with us nor even acknowledge our presence while we were patiently waiting to be helped. We stood waiting for roughly 10 minutes until some young lady came from the back to help us. The boy had some kinda of attitude problem going on. I understand we all have bad days,but it’s super important not to take it out on us customers. The food is not cheap and for us to get such “i don’t care” treatment didn’t sit with us and frankly discouraged us from returning. The food is good but never hot. The trays were almost empty and the team moral was non- existent. Hire some employees who care. People work hard for there money and can go anywhere but choose Chipotle. Don’t make the experience one to remember(in a bad way).

Usually always have good service and food here, although todays visit was to say the least; interesting… I went with my coworker, and we ordered a couple of bowls between the two of us. The employee on the line was super weird… He wasn’t talking to us at all and was making weird noises while waving his hands over the food options. Portion sizes were smaller than normal. Definitely a strange experience, said employee was not wearing a name tag either so we didn’t get his name. Would like to mention that the cashier Samantha was friendly and professional as usual.

Actually I met some friends there for an event. It had been over a year since I had eaten at Chipotle unless I’ve forgotten a time.

I said hi to my friends and got in line. Two young women nonchalantly moved ahead of me. Rude.
I looked at the menus on the wall and listened to the staff’s questions for patrons ahead of me. The procedure came back to me in a flash.

Many choices were available.

I simplified mine by getting a bowl.
I remembered one gets to decide the quantity more than with a bourito, a salad, soup etc.

The main decision for me was the meat. No longer being a vegetarian, I could have chicken, different types of beef, cheeses, beans, lettuce for the salad etc.

I made a mix of chicken and 2 beefs. I included black beans, cheese, lettuce, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. All my favorites.

There were many items that I didn’t get.

I had a coupon, rounded it off with a soft drink.

I think all of my additions to it increased the price. Not cheap!

Taking it to the table to be with my friends, was easier than I thought it would be. Light containers.

I have a photo of my friends but haven’t gotten permission to post it publicly so I won’t.

I dug in and wondered why I hadn’t been to Chipotle recently. The mix was exactly what I wanted and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Food good, not great. 4 ⭐
Service was mostly me. The staff on the line effectively and accurately spooned it into the well lined basket provided. 4⭐
Atmosphere, old modern. Stainless steel, wood, big windows, large space like being in a barn. 3⭐

Could have been 4.

I plan to go back to Chipotle soon…for the food and quick service.

I stopped by to get a chicken burrito and I basically received a veggie burrito. There is only 5 little cubes of chicken. I had to pay extra $3.99 for extra chicken to make my meal more balanced. Is this a new tactic by Chipotle to make their customers pay more?

This place is ran by kids and the supervisor who was there everybody completely ignores you. You could be standing directly in front of them for 10 minutes and they continue having personal conversations directly in front of you, if someone isn’t assigned to do the line they just ignore you completely and even if they are assigned to do the line if they’re working on it a go order they don’t even look up to even say hi to you. It’s super rude. Every single time I come here. I have a horrible customer experience. What is that about? Also the chips are still 50% of the time.

This Chipotle is always mediocre. There’s nothing that’s terrible about it per se but nothing that’s ever exceptional back when the Chipotle opened everything about it was exceptional. Their portions were huge. The prices were obviously cheaper and they didn’t have a problem with you asking for things on the side even though you had a lot of it already in your bowls or burritos. However, when ordering using their app, which is what Chipotle’s overall preferred method is, there’s no way to really ask for having a side of salsa or a side of sour cream. Even though if I were to wait in line I could ask for heavy sour cream and still asked for a side of it as well. This needs to be changed in the app and also when placing an order through the app. If you go in and say can I get an extra side of it. No one there is happy about it. I’ve been told multiple times that there’s a place starting on in the app but if you try to add sour cream separately it charges you. This is counterintuitive since it provides customers a different experience between ordering in the app as well as ordering in person.
One thing that I’ve noted for coming here is how often how loud the area hair is. It really is not congenial for having any sort of conversations at all. Whether you’re with a date or if you’re here with family, it’s just so loud and I can’t even understand why there’s not like. There’s a lot of people and it’s not like there’s music playing. It’s just loud fans or the exhaust from the kitchen I guess.
This is the closest Chipotle to me. Or at least it’s always in the area that I’m at going to WinCo or to cedar hills crossing. So I will probably come back here. However, because of these tainted experiences, I have chosen against Chipotle less often.

I been to many chipotles but this one sucked they didn’t have enough meat and there was no one in line. The chubby girl serving was annoyed that I asked if they had anymore meat coming she said it would take 15 minutes. I was on break so I didn’t have time to wait. I ended up just taking the scraps left in the pan. And yes they charge me full price. Plus I had to return because they forgot the chips I payed for. Next time I’m going to a different chipotle
