Ordered delivery from this location 2 times and half of my order was wrong or simply missing both times. Ordered simple nuggets and burgers both times, and received chicken sandwiches with no nuggets both times. Wouldn’t recommend this location of Wendy’s.

If I was able to give minus starts this place will be at -100000 starts. My husband went there to get a triple baconator, nuggets and bacon cheese fries, after repeating the order 3 times the lady who took his order said I got it, when he moved up to pay they say it was $18 but this is what he usually orders and its always +$20 so he asked what did she put on his order and of course everything was wrong… He repeated the order again and when he moved up to get the order OF course everything was wrong they took it to change it and OF COURSE still gave him the wrong burger + a soaking wet on oil bag and the bacon and cheese fries were a soup of oil and cheese with 3 fries inside. Needless to say now there’s a stain of grease on his car seat, he is allergic to onions so he had to throw out the burger…

I went there on January 3 at 9:30 pm with a few of my friends and everyone other then the cashier were horrible while ordering a lady from the back with a blue jacket can and yelled at me to get out and to go cook at home she said that she did not want to cook my food there were items I asked for on my burger that were on the receipt that I did not receive and my friend got a chicken sandwich with cheese and sauce which he paid extra for and did not receive it either while we were sitting all I could hear were the workers in the back complaining about the food they were making the only person who I didn’t have a bad experience with was the cashier

So I ordered a #1 and spicy chicken. The line was long the girl who took the order. Rushed me telling me it’s a long line and said people are waiting. I just left. They forgot my barbecue sauce. The cashier dropped them on the floor then tried to put them back in my bag. I told her I did not want the floor barbecue sauce- instead of throwing them away , she gave me new ones and put the ones from the floor back in the container with the rest. She was upset and said “I just dropped them” , I repeated I didn’t want the ones that she dropped on the floor . She reluctantly gave me ones that were not on the floor. The cashier with the red hair is extremely unhygienic . Why did She not toss them in the trash?
