This Taco Bell was clean and well managed. The food was tacoey and belley. I ordered the 3 Tacos Supreme meal and was satisfied with the quality and volume of my food. There are two main complaints I have about this location.
1 The restaurant was completely inundated with the onslaught of orders for the evening meal. This is a city of over fifty thousand people. Build another Taco Bell for the undeserved part of town or expand the kitchen to accommodate more taco artists.
2 (this does not reflect on the establishment) The patrons lacked self awareness specially and socially. I walk with a brisk, deliberate stride and on three separate occasions during my visit, I was midway through walking ten or more feet and a fully grown adult, presumably with a valid license to operate an automobile, would decide to move to another location, and place himself directly in my path. Do you remember back in Algebra class when they would describe two people with different points of origin and destinations – then you had to calculate how to make the people cross paths based on speeds or times of starting… These people took that stuff seriously The club they formed took a field trip to the Enid OK Taco Bell and they all agreed that I was the person in front of whom they would walk. I’m not talking about meaningful movement. No, they were lackadaisical and floppy. They moved with the same lack of urgency one would expect from someone in Walmart wearing pajama pants and dingy used-to-be pink house slippers. Each of the three people seemed surprised when they noticed me, but they were polite. I couldn’t help but wonder, though, if it was my presence that was surprising, if it was the idea that their poorly planned movement may have blocked someone else, or if pretending to be caught off guard was all part of the performance art promoted by the Enid Algebra Intersection Club.
Next time I go to Enid, I’m going to see how much the dues are.

Ordered online and when I got my food the lady asked if we needed anything and we said the cups/drinks we got with out order. She then proceeded to help another customer (walked around the counter and everything), but couldn’t be bothered to give us our cups we already told her we needed beforehand????? Then we get home with our food and 2 out of 3 of my tacos are absolutely smashed. So I got a bowl and finished smashing them to make a taco salad out of it. Half way through eating the 2 smashed ones theres a long hair strung throughout the food. Absolutely disgusted! I was trying to make do with what I had and it all just got worse. Ended up tossing half my food and losing my appetite all together

Seemed like drive thru and mobile orders were heavily prioritized. Ordered inside 2 small menu items and it took 26 minutes to get the food. Wasn’t busy at all inside, lady put 100 sauce packets in the bag I think I ordered 2

This location takes way to long to make fast food. I should not have to wait 45 minutes to a hour almost every single time I come here. I see crew doing nothing but standing around and why does it take over a minute to fill every single order. There is no sense of urgency in the employees. I am still standing here watching one crew literally twiddle there thumbs while another . I worked at Taco Bell it does not take 15 seconds to fold a burrito. Slowest location. No wonder the line is impeding traffic every night

I usually do not like to leave bad reviews, but I have been burnt far too many times. I feel like I was robbed of money I work hard for. When doing delivery orders and waiting over an hour to tonight’s fiasco. Tonight I made an app order, this order had nacho fries. When I pulled up to the window they had a sign taped to the speaker saying they were out of fries. No worries, I asked if I could substitute them. They said they could with something close to that value. I paid for the $2.39 fries and the woman had offered a $2.99 burrito. I had asked if I could get 2 of the cheesy bean and rice burritos instead. Costing $1.49 each. She said the manager changed their mind and said only potato items. So she had offered 2 spicy potato soft tacos. I agreed. I got home to only one spicy potato soft taco. I contacted the store, and they said they put extra potatoes instead of what they had agreed upon. Honestly I wouldn’t have minded the missing taco if it was replaced later, but I feel robbed of $1.39 and the tax. If someone had run into this inconvenience of a short order on their fries, it would be fair to either refund the customer or give them something of equal or more value for the inconvenience. This may be only my opinion, but please don’t allow people to get away with theft. Also drive through cashier was cursing about something possibly in my defense, but I cant say for sure. P.S. fryer oil needs replaced.

We grew up with eating this in another state since the 70’s but this was by far the BEST Taco Bell we have ever been too. Super clean, food was perfect, staff were nice and all extremely friendly and happy, like management seems to care. We do not live near here so I’m bummed that this one isn’t closer to us.

Seriously… I know it’s a wait sometimes as Enid only has ONE Taco Bell… But 52 minutes in the Drive through on a Sunday evening at 5pm. I checked my Venmo receipt because I messaged my husband at 5:02 with what he wanted and there was one car in front of me ordering. By the time I got to the window I expected faster, then she took my money and I waited a few minutes longer for food. I understand if they’re training and such but that was kinda more than usual. give yourself time. This is why we don’t really eat out often.

If you’ve got a LOT of time to wait, and you’re really craving Taco Bell, sure. Go at your own risk. For us, we personally won’t be going back.
We’ve been here a few times using various methods like the drive-thru, takeout, and uber eats. Each time we’ve waited AT LEAST 45 minutes for our food but on two separate occasions we’ve waited over an hour and a half in person. We typically don’t even order much. My husband gets the quesadilla combo, I get a Crunchwrap with nacho fries… that’s all.
The staff can be fairly nice. It’s pretty hit or miss with them but I try to give the benefit of the doubt since it’s obvious they’re understaffed.
The food is typically good tasting but very poorly put together. Quesadillas that have more cheese on the outside than the inside, Crunchwraps that are falling apart, etc.

This taco bell is soo freaking slow. I’ve worked and managed for multiple years at other taco bell locations and they were NEVER this slow. Friendly crew for the most part, just NO sense of urgency in anyone’s actions…

Took them almost 40 min to make my order. It wasnt a very big order. When we got it they left out a straw, for the price our food was not satisfying as they barely poot anything in the chicken quesadilla combo. Not very impressed with this taco bell right now
