I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this McDonald’s location. About a month ago, I found a hair in my fries. When I asked for a full refund (as the entire meal felt contaminated), I was only given a partial refund. Yesterday, I tried again. I ordered a McDouble (no pickle) and a McChicken. After a 15-minute wait, I received the wrong order: two McDoubles with pickles. The restaurant doesn’t answer the phone, making it impossible to resolve issues quickly. I’m very disappointed with the service and the repeated mistakes by the night time manager with red hair. ( I’ve also worked for McDonald’s and I can tell you that lady has no business running a shift)

Food always tastes fine but there’s no reason I should be waiting 15+ minutes on a mobile order in the drive thru with other people getting their stuff before me when I ordered and went through well ahead of time… and all I got was a value meal. Yall need to work on your drive thru time management better because there is not a rush and you still pull people to parking spots. I’d rather wait in line next to the building than be pulled to a spot. It seriously needs work.

Worst employees McDonald’s has ever hired. Waited twenty minutes for food mostly chicken nuggets. They didn’t even offer us the cups we had to yell to the back of the kitchen to get help. Very rude about our refund zaira should never have a customer service job. Noone was wearing name tags or anything. I think some of the people in the kitchen didn’t even work there. Manager refused to give his name. Worst McDonald’s experience. There are several others to choose from.

The food is always fresh and delicious. But lately, the wait time for orders has been very long, and sometimes they mix up the size or the drink. Today we went in for a snack, and we waited exactly one hour for an apple pie from the time we placed the order.

Definitely the slowest. #9 and 2 pies $16 ok then tell me were waiting on your cheeseburgers. Really the #1 that McDonald’s is known for. Pull up 15 mins later bring me my food and tell me its gonna be a little longer for the pies. Nobody is in front of me in line this entire time. Food is so cold I had to throw my fries out the window. And I guess someone at the store got free pies cause im done with this trash dump. They need to away with this location because its never gotten better.

I really try to give fast food workers grace because I know it’s not an easy job. I’ve never worked in fast food myself, but I respect the hustle. That said, I’m officially fed up with this McDonald’s.
They close at 11 p.m. I placed a mobile order at 8:59 p.m. — plenty of time. I pull up, both lobby doors are locked. There’s another person there with a DoorDash order, and we both go to the window. The worker tells us they’re closed “for maintenance”… but there’s no maintenance happening. Everyone is just up front cleaning like they’re done for the night, and honestly, they all looked super guilty.
I asked if they could cancel my order — they said no. I told them I just want my food, and they straight up closed and locked the window on me and walked away. From the way things went down, I really think they called the police on me… all because I had the nerve to want the food I already paid for.
And this isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location. I’ve let it slide before, thinking maybe it was a rough night or staffing issues. But it’s literally every other day at this point. I’m tired.
This is just bad business. Do better.

I’m sure some takes will be very different than this, but in my personal take on this specific McDonald’s, it’s the best around, and even though it may look trashed, the employees are willing to clean the building at most times. It was just an evening and I was about to head home. Figured that I would want to stop by to grab a quick grub; a Quarter Pounder Double Deluxe w/ Combo. The burger was very delicious and it was hot. The fries were also hot and seasoned with salt too. The drink was normal and average, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. The employees did not miss our order and they were nice when our order was taken. Service isn’t the best around but it does show that it does have good qualities in most cases. My only issue about this location is about how the place was trashed sometimes. It doesn’t give a hint of a homy vibe like what McDonald’s used to be back then. But hey, that’s McDonald’s for ya. At least the employees get their jobs down in this location and I do appreciate the fact they’re taking every measure to take care of this establishment!

I came here on march 8,2026 at 9:05pm..I ordered everything fresh since I have to go all the way to Bowdon..they parked me so when the lady brought my food..she got an attitude bc I told her my food was cold…and they didn’t give me any ketchup or sauce for my nuggets that I asked for multiple times …this place has really gone down

I had a mobile order, sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, once they opened the 2nd drive through they then began taking the order that was after mine, now having to sit in this drive through even longer. Get it together McDonald’s, if your going to pay these children grown up money , hold them accountable to do their jobs properly
