We always ask for Courtney and Brittany. These two ladies are awesome. Just make you feel really good and truly believe they are wanting to do their best for the customer. Also Rodney always comes around to talk and catch up on what we have been doing. He has also waited on us and does an awesome job as well. Love these three employee.

My four year-old daughter and I often have breakfast here & as a server myself, I always notice service details and tend to look for the same level of care I give my own tables. Today Hannah D absolutely delivered. She was super attentive not just to us, but to her other tables as well and made sure all of our needs were met. Very friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. I’ll definitely be requesting her from now on!

I didn’t even realize but we went on free pancake day so got a free short stack with a donation to Feeding America. I got the jalapeño kick burger. It has just the right amount of spice. It was very good. The waiter was awesome too.

Physically assaulted here by so me kid. Me and my wife placed an order here an hour before they close. I showed up to get our food and they said we are about to close we dont have it. I then spoke to a manager she then said someone stole it but its not thier fault. I said okay but what can we do about this how do I get money back and it is your fault if someone stole while it was in your possession. I was upset as i had a right to be but i did nothing threatening. Kid starts screaming at me thats what they are supposed to do and starts shoving out the store. I said get off and ill leave he continued to push on me. This has got to be thr worst restaurant I have ever seen. Don’t eat here. If you do and ask how to get a problem fixed they will literally hit you.

The food are great. Pancakes are fresh and puffy. The coffee is great and smells good. The omelette is a good portion for a hungry man.

Figure the wife and I would start the new year off easy and go out for breakfast. When we showed up we were seated immediately but that was the best part. They didn’t look busy but we were there for almost 50 minutes and all we got was glasses of water. Finely waitress came back to refill wifes water and said our food should be out in a couple minutes. We waited another 10 then got up and asked to see manager because we were leaving. Talked to manager, no apologies and nothing but excuses. Saying they only had 3 cooks, they had several to go orders ahead of us and on our way out the door all she could say was have a good new year. Don’t recommend this place in it current state.

I’m not sure what was going on the day we went 3 adults, 1 infant. They were very busy but the staff didn’t seem to be aware, mamager included. They let our food (any everyone else’s) set in the window get cold then re heat EVERY plate in the miceowave and still manage to get it to our table cold. My order was wrong in every way and when I mentioned my eggs were cooked wrong the poor girl just looked at me. She wasn’t mean just not helpful and didnt seem to care if we had hot food or drinks. Still left a tip bc well

We had a great experience at IHOP! Our server really made the night — wish we’d caught his name (young guy with tattoos). He was friendly and patient while we took our time deciding — that menu is huge now! The food came out fresh and hot. The spicy steak tacos were delicious, and the chicken and biscuit was okay. It was pretty crowded even around 9 p.m., but overall we had a really good time.

Was getting an order to deliver, and I have been waiting for 30 minutes. It was 3 hash browns as well, so should take no time. I had to go over to the seated spot just to get someone to come and ask me what I had. Service needs to be corrected, it’s not very crowded just come check your front desks.

I go back every couple of years because I used to love the Rooty Tooty Strawberry pancakes. They are so stingy with the strawberry that you have to eat 3 dry pancakes. So disappointing for the price they charge. There was literally a small amount on the top pancake with a bit of whip cream on it. I believe this trip finally put the nail in the coffin. I won’t return.
