The service was a little bit awkward had one worker bitching about stuff. They shouldn’t perform like that in front of the customer. The other one had my order, but one thing was missing like the boo book for October not available so don’t purchase that so they replace that with some fries The breakfast sandwich was nasty they just slapped it together like in the picture you can see the sandwich. Needless to say I did not eat it. I just ate the fries however there is one exceptional worker angel sweet girl and she did her job well. The drinks were fresh. The fries were fresh just not the sandwich. The place was clean when entering building it’s not handicap friendly when you enter the building.

Don’t go here. We’ve been going since it opened many, many years ago. Called tonight after work to make sure they were still serving frostys. Got hung up on. Twice. After that, they just let the phone ring. This is on top of other bad experiences. Chalked those up to the people who work there being limited. Hanging up the phone is just the cherry on top, absolute refusal to work. Don’t want to eat anything those people prepare- they can’t even handle a phone.

Came to this location today to grab a gift card for a kid’s birthday whose favorite restaurant is Wendy’s. I was told it would be a few minutes. It was around 1:00 and during the lunch rush, so I said no problem. I waited 20 minutes before giving up. Was told I could come back in an hour when things weren’t so busy. Apparently only the manager knows how to ring up a gift card and she was extremely stressed/shorthanded. Please train your employees on this task so that customers trying to give business aren’t tuned away.

You guys need to make Christian a manager NOW. This is the best experience I’ve had at this location. That man is serving food and positivity in every aspect and he got my order correct. Props to the kitchen because my food was on point. Stop playing with Christian and give that man a manager position and extra PTO.

I have no idea why i have to investigate my bag every single time i go here, the order is CONSISTENTLY wrong, ask for plain you just wont get it, they’ll throw some spicy nuggets in your regular just for fun i guess? There is 0 reason why a spot as dead as this one has such terrible service, basically paid $20+ for some fries that were cold so good job guys !!

I had the worst experience today at Wendy’s today. After ordering sweet-and-sour sauce, I was given sweet chili sauce instead. When I went inside to exchange it, I was told the reason for the mix-up was because I didn’t “read the menu in full depth” to notice their new sauces. Even though the sauces were unopened and I had just come from the drive-through, I was told I would have to repurchase the correct ones.

The manager, who refused to give me her name and wasn’t wearing a name badge, stated that the information was on the menu board and implied the mistake was my fault. When I called back to ask for the general manager’s contact information, she was dismissive, saying they had to keep up with drive-through times and couldn’t explain why the correct sauce wasn’t available. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, even telling me I “could not comprehend” what she was saying.

I’m honestly disgusted by how poorly the situation was handled. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of respect, accountability, and customer service.

THEY DIDN’T EVEN MAKE ME THE RIGHT SANDWICH!!!
Still waiting 20 minutes after a mobile order for this incompetent staff to try and make ONE breakfast combo. When I pulled in there were 0 cars in the drive thru they told me to pull to the mobile spot. After waiting 10 minutes I pulled back around and they said they didn’t submit the order. 10 minutes after that they asked me to again pull up because they didn’t make my coffee correctly. She didn’t even give me the chance to ask for some ketchup. Another 5 minutes and now I have my cold burnt meal. First time trying Wendy’s breakfast and I will not be back. No fast food tastes good enough to wait through this

I was looking forward to the Cinnabon pull aparts, but it was burnt on the inside because it had that hard, dry texture like things have when microwaved too long and they would not pull apart without force with a fork. The food seemed rushed and the drive thru employee seemed very dismissive like she was just rushing. I got the impression that she didn’t want to be there.

We usually go through, drive thru. However, this time we went inside. This place is absolutely disgusting! There was food all over the floors and the tables. I took several pictures which my phone is cheap and doesn’t do it any justice.

I honestly would hate to see what the floor looks like in the kitchen, especially under the fryers etc. They seriously need to hire motivated employees.

The staff that was there tonight around 5 PM was absolutely fabulous. They all had wonderful mannerisms and great customer service. I’m happy I stopped by there tonight.
