Went to the drive thru with a mobile order. Sat for a bit, said hello twice and someone finally answered. Gave them code and pulled around. The lady at second window gave us our tea and it was unsweetened. I told her it wasn’t sweet and she replied, “that is all we have”. I said well someone left the sugar out.
She did offer us other drinks and we chose something else.
We never got a word out of her. No “thank you” or anything.
We asked for condiments and we responded with have a great day.
The food was good except I ordered a plain fish and it still had cheese. I took it off.
I just don’t understand why people have no social skills these days. “May I help you”, “thank you”, “have a nice day”. Being kind isn’t hard.

For the past 2 days on my mobile app I have requested NO EGG on my steak McMuffin and they still put the egg on there anyway. 1st time a mistake, but to do this back to back…you can’t flat out read or aren’t reading the order thoroughly! Get it right! It’s not that hard. It’s not my job to keep picking the egg off my sandwich. The tall black guy was amazingly nice the past to days which is the only reason I feel bad for doing the review but please pay attention to the orders yall!

My son and daughter (16 and 19) went inside to place an order and was told they were closed inside (their door and site said 8pm, this was 630pm) and were told to place a mobile oder or doordash. They remained inside, to place the mobile order as to limit the time in the cold outside. They proceeded to take those of darker skin tones order in the lobby while shooing our children and any other white person out of the lobby. They pulled to the window and had to retell them what the order was. The guy only listened to part of the order and tried to send them on their way. They had to explain there was more to the order. After, again getting only part of the order, the workers became irritated. They waited a total of 45 minutes for a $50 order that was still made wrong and undercooked when they did get it. When I tried to call back there was no answer. I am livid and will be taking this further up the chain as this is not the first time we have received poor service bc of our skin color at this restaurant. Do better.

In drive through we got attitude the lady manager called my husband a cracker when he came in to get tea that was left off the order. Wouldn’t give him her name said all crackers say they will call corporate points to the number on the wall is this really how your employees and managers treat your customers it was the rudest experience we had at this location and it shouldn’t have been. It was between 8pm and 9pm .. nobody should have to be insulted like this managers should lead by example and if this is how the managers are acting no wonder the other staff wasn’t nice either

Guy that took the money super friendly…I ordered a ice caramel coffee with extra caramel which I’ve ordered many times before it had so much caramel it was super hard to suck up into the straw it ruined the entire drink I don’t even think they use that kind of caramel when making it when I got home I poured it out of the cup they gave me Into one of mine it was tons of caramel in an on the cop that McDonald’s gave me even without what was in there cup it was nasty will never order that again I am diabetic an if that would have sent me Into diabetic shock they would be sued

Waited 50 minutes for our order. 50 minutes. That’s insane. They only cared about the people in the drive thru and completely ignored the 20+ people in the lobby. The manager on duty kept screaming and cussing at one of the employees and berating him. It was the manager who was here before Brittany the manager came in to help. The owner seriously needs to take a look at this manager. She was horrible to her employees

I requested a large tea with my order. As I watched them make my tea I seen clear as day that WATERED down tea from the bottom of the barrel was coming out then proceeded to go to the next barrel and top it off with fresh tea while the order window was WIDE OPEN seeing and hearing everything, the food tasted bland, it looked sloppy in there as well when I went in there but did not get a new tea because of the environment.

The food was good, except one fry was a little cold but the big mac was good, the drink was good. I don’t understand why this place is rated 3 stars, maybe people just have random taste buds. The service was good, the big mac almost perfect to the menu. Overall this should be 4 star fast food restaurant.

I went to the McDonald’s on Southport Rd. I wanted to order two McDoubles and two mcchickens, only the sandwiches, a large fry, a large Big Mac meal, and 2 20 piece chicken nugget boxes. While I was ordering on the kiosk there was no option for just the sandwiches so I had to choose the value meal. There was no option for no drinks so I chose a drink for the 4 different value meals as a placeholder. When I was finished with my order I went to the front register to pay. I talked to a manager, my mistake I didn’t get the name, but he was age 30-40, mixed race, with short hair and a beard. I specifically told him that I didn’t want the 4 sprites that the kiosk made me order, I wanted only two cups of water, and he said he would do that. When I got my order I checked the bags to make sure everything was there and it was but there was an extra 4 boxes of 4 piece chicken nuggets and they gave me the sprites that I didn’t ask for. Rather than help me get the order I wanted, he lied to me and he forced me to order something else so I would spend more money.

I don’t know who does the hiring here but they absolutely suck at it. The employees before the fire were bad and now after the fire they’re still horrible. I don’t know if they’re the same ones or not. Nothing but attitudes, side eyes and no customer service skills. They open the window, won’t even say the price, just stare at you and think you can read their minds. When you give them your hard earned money they hand the card back and close the window. I’m glad I was raised differently. It’s disgusting behavior.
