Hooters should stop relying on its old ways and move back toward a more modern approach. In the past, the restaurant focused heavily on outdated ideas that don’t match today’s values, which has made it less appealing to many customers. Going back to newer ways—such as improving food quality, creating a more welcoming environment, and focusing on good service instead of stereotypes—would help the brand feel fresh again. Restaurants today succeed by being inclusive and family-friendly while still offering a fun atmosphere. If Hooters wants to stay relevant, it should update its image and focus on what really matters to customers now: good food, comfort, and respect.

Service has gone down. Walked in and no one was stationed at the reception stand. We picked a booth and the booth was not clean and she used what appeared to be a dirty dish rag. Ordered Lotsa tots and they had no tots at all. How do you run out of tots. That should be a standard renewal order. We later discovered that the menu has shrunk. The staple items are not available. I understand restructuring , but all the good stuff? Really?

I had a fantastic experience at Hooters, all thanks to our amazing waitress, Karthy! From the moment we sat down, her attention to detail was impressive—she made sure our drinks were always full and checked in at just the right times. Karthy was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and really went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. It’s rare to find such dedicated service, and it truly enhanced our dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning, and I’ll be hoping to sit in Karthy’s section again. She deserves all the praise! Five stars all the way!

The food was not fresh (cold fries, old marinara sauce, and the mozzarella sticks seemed old as well), so we had to send it back. The manager did come to our table and tried to make things right, which I appreciated. However, I won’t be returning.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Hooters location. I walked in and waited at the front for several minutes, clearly visible to the staff, but no one acknowledged me or offered to seat me. Employees walked past me without saying a word, even though it wasn’t busy.
After waiting and being ignored, I had no choice but to leave. That’s unacceptable customer service. If you’re open for business, customers shouldn’t be left standing at the entrance wondering if they’re even welcome.
I won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects basic courtesy and service.

I waited for 30 minutes for water As did the rest of the table, I was with. Nothing was placed in front of us. It was rather just placed on the table and we had to distribute it ourselves. Most of the food was not warm. We had wings and they were very small so horrible experience and I can’t suggest this place and definitely not the service. The air conditioner above the table was dripping on the table throughout the meal

8 mins waiting to get seated, and we left. Only 3 tables occupied in the whole restaurant and still no acknowledgement. Drove from Stafford because that location has scrappy service just to see Pearland have the same.

Whoever owns this Pearland Hooters made the biggest mistake ever by removing the “Spicy Garlic” sauce from the menu. I would suggest getting to know what your customers want before making changes like that. Please let me know when you decide to rectify your error.
