This is a sweet little country restaurant. Our server was attentive and the staff was courteous. You can’t beat the $14 buffet and they bring your choices to you! The buffet even includes 3 desserts! This is also a good option if you have food allergies because you have several vegetables to choose from.
As a note, if you like soft fries, you will love theirs.

I ordered the recommended shrimp and grits and was not disappointed. Good taste, with adequate seasoning. Nice shrimp with a fair amount of bacon. The pricing was fair and the servers were attentive.

My steak was tough and I couldn’t cut through it so my waitress said I could ask for something else. I told her I’ll have just one pork chop with my 2eggs. The meal came with 2 pork chops but I just said make me 1. She said okay. When it was time to pay, she asked another waitress about changing my receipt to deduct the charges. I’m guessing that was the head waitress. She tells her that she has to call the manager because they’re not supposed to change steak orders. I told her they need to train their employees with that information and I’m not paying for something I didn’t eat. She said she still needs to call the manager to make sure it’s okay. I told her I’m not to be held responsible so I paid what was fair, and left my waitress a tip but that whole experience turned me off. Should’ve just gotten my extra pork chop instead of trying to be accommodating.

Oh my God!! The Texas Toast!!! Blows all other breads away!! I came here with my beautiful Fiancée as we were nearby delivering an adorable kitten who was adopted from our rescue. This came recommended from the family who adopted little Mr. Waldo and they were NOT kidding! I got their “lazy buffet” which is them bringing you any and all from their list. In my case I got the Spaghetti Casserole, Salisbury Steak, Broccoli Casserole, Green Beans, Pickled Okra, Pickled Beets, Potato Salad, and the aforementioned Texas Toast. My lovely Bride-to-Be got the Veggie Soup, Chef Salad, and Corn Bread and ALL WERE DELICIOUS!! That salad was one of the best I’ve ever had I’m not just South Carolina but anywhere. Period. The Ranch Dressing tasted homemade and not store bought. All of it was just absolutely delicious!! And our waitress was just as sweet as can be and delightful! Drinks and napkins were brought to us in good time and her food recommendations were spot on. Not only is this place worth a visit when you are nearby, it’s worth making a trip to come to on its own merits!

A highway diner, I wasn’t expecting much. I wasn’t going to bother to leave a review until I saw they charged me an extra $0.40 as an operational fee. I have no idea what that means, and I wasn’t too happy to pay for it. The waitress seated me, took my order, give me a check. I left her the lowest tip I have in years. As for the food, the poached egg was still floating in water. White and wheat are the only two bread options. And I hope you don’t want any fruit with your breakfast, because they only had it in syrup for some reason.

Came in for some breakfast. I had a ham and cheese and my husband had a Spanish omelet and both were very good. The place was clean and wait staff friendly and attentive. It is a comfortable atmosphere and we didn’t feel rushed at all. It was nice being able to feel relaxed while enjoying a meal even if it was just breakfast. Looking at the decor we learned they have a buffet as well as regular menus. It is done a little different here, you order what you want from the buffet and they get it for you. It is still as much as you want but only the cooks and wait staff goes near the food. I really love this set up and plan on trying it next time we go.
