It tasted like crap. Our tacos and EVERYTHING was soggy and wet. The lettuce on the tacos was wilted and brown our food fell thru the paper bag when I picked it up to carry it in. I mean no one expects to get fine dining when you go to any fast food restaurant, but no one deserves to get fed what my family got given to us when went to Taco Bell. And on top of everything wet and soggy when I took just the lettuce and tomatoes off that was wilted and just about soured I barely had any meat on my taco. Yes I called and spoke with someone and they are going to replace everything but that’s not the point. I spent 30$ on this food and it was so disgusting that we didn’t even eat it. Now everyone comment that I should have cooked or something rude because I know how you all are but I just wanted to share my amazing dinner with everyone. Thanks taco bell this has been the worst experience with you all I have ever had.

This taco bell is usually pretty good but today their portioning was horrible, and they made the order wrong. Not good for a 2.99 item. Disappointing ordered two mexi melts with no pico de gallo but they put pico de gallo on it and the portions of the meat and cheese was very small.

The chicken quesadilla was good last time nice and stuffed with chicken and well balanced and cheese and sauce and cut into 4 pieces I took the drive thru around 10-11pm
But this night I got 2 pieces of chicken on my chicken quesadilla I could see one piece of chicken and the second piece was little scraps of chicken it cost about 6$ so i expect chicken and cheese filled inside tortilla
I got too much sauce not evenly put on and not as much cheese it was much less filled and it wasn’t cut up so I had to tear it apart to eat sauce was pouring out of it
And my tortilla wasn’t toasted it was rushed you can tell without quality of food or service
Night time crew for cashier was not professional
2 crew members kept going outside talking to their friend and going to her table
They were outside 2 guys every time no one was there ordering inside and would come in not right away when customer would show up. They went out 3 times while I was there
The floor was filthy in the kitchen everything that should be served was on the floor (sauces, cheese, lettuce you name it I didn’t take photo or call the service out but I think I should there needs to be some manager to step in)
Called store asked to speak to manager Madeline to let her know problems before I posted this review.
She was in store I found out from calling store 11pm when I experienced all this chaos and she offered me another quesadilla and when I reexplained the issue of the two guys hanging outside a few times and inside with their friend there were customers coming in. There was a mess on tables and kitchen while I was there 30 min and she said she believes it’s okay for them to go out 5 min or sometime freely. I told her maybe she needs to be fired then if she isn’t doing her job. So she said have a good night and hung up.
So issue was not resolved professionally therefore maybe manager needs to be fired too or get a warning and assessment check of her work.
Amazing how people like that stay hired.
I’ll be back I told her to see how things have improved if no improvement I will talk to her higher up for sure. 3.7 stars at this taco bell definitely explains why

This was the worst lunch I’ve ever had. The ladies behind the desk gave me a burrito when I asked for fries and then said I worded my order wrong and that’s why they gave me a grilled cheese burrito instead of fries. There was not a grilled cheese burrito on that menu. Then we ordered another one so we could actually get the fries and we specified no jalapeños (because they were disgusting), they gave me jalapeños and only 5 French fries. Waste of $30.

Took forever to get our food and then once we got it and went to bite into a cheesy double-wrap chicken taco it was cold and inside the chicken was really cold??? Can anyone explain to me how this can be safe?? What is so crazy is I really like taco bell and it’s like in the past 2yrs I keep trying to go back and give them chance after chance and have yet to get a meal to remind me of why I loved going there.

The wait in the drive thru was at least 20 minutes. I ordered the Nachos Bel Grande combo, and apparently the store is out of plastic trays and put the nachos in a cardboard box which was soggy by the time I got home. I got a soft shell taco instead of a crunchy one, & it was also soggy & poorly wrapped, so the napkins were wet as well. Someone had also written “We are Very smart actually.” on the box for some reason, and I am doubting the safety of my food.
