The food used to be so much better I guess with food prices they had to change things up. Still a cool spot but I think I’d only be back for appetizers, the salmon pasta is horrible ( do not put hot sauce in Alfredo and call it a meal uh), burgers have way less toppings, salad was the worst I’ve had in life, the drinks and soul roll were the only saving grace. Cool to chill not for dinner do not recommend for food anymore at all!

The food was sooo good!!!! The bottomless mimosas were overpriced at bout $49. The most I’ve ever spent on them. Service was slow especially waiting for our drinks.. But again the food was sooooo good and the music being played set the tone for a nice R&B brunch.

I was excited to try the peach cobbler french toast, but the flavors didn’t come together like I imagined. I think that it needs more sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, corn starch to make the syrup thicker. The potatoes were seasoned, but the flavor can be elevated with the addition of bell peppers and onions. My boyfriend ordered the salmon croquettes, which he enjoyed. However; he said that the pancakes were dry. I ordered soda, and both orders were flat. I sat on the patio area and it was extremely hot due to the coals for hookah. The music was on point though. The waitresses were friendly and accommodating. Brunch doesn’t end until 6pm. Otherwise, I would have ordered cajun pasta instead. Valet being available was definitely a plus. Overall, it gave cool brunch vibes, but my order was bland.

First let me say , when we arrived we stood there for at least 10 minutes before we were greeted then the host seemed to be confused about the seating, then once we were seated inside the music was jus to loud for us , we asked to be seated outside , we were told 45 min wait which was understood , oh by the way it was only 3 of us they asked did we make reservations , they don’t allow you to make reservations , with under 6 people so why would you asked that twice , once we were seated music was ok , we ordered our food , we had to asked for silverware, plastic which we never received, brought our food with no silverware , then we had to keep asking for the plastic wear and napkins . My hamburger was supposed to come with fries that’s what I was told instead they gave me potatoes which was good so I didn’t really complain about that , burger was good , one of my friends had ordered chicken and waffles, instead the gave her 4 party wings but we saw other people with whole chicken wings which were almost burnt , she asked to be cooked over , she also ordered a side of eggs , she had to keep asking for salt and pepper so while we are eating our food , she is having eggs , she got her food back in about 50 min , oh by the way when she reordered her food I asked for some more deviled eggs , she never put that order in , my friend ended up jus having eggs and taking the rest home …service was not good and my food was good and my other friend was too but my other friend was a not good experience, I wouldn’t never recommend this place , oh and we also could only order from the brunch menu. The only real issue with this place is the food, which was bad at worst and mediocre at best…there was no one else in the restaurant and probably for a good reason…My party came in HUNGRY too, we had just been moving heavy boxes for 2 hours.
Penne Pasta was by far the worst and most expensive. You can literally make a better dish with Trader Joe’s pasta and marinara sauce with no other ingredients, it was that bland and unseasoned.
Soul Rolls – probably the best dish I tried, but still unseasoned and mediocre. I don’t think the chefs put salt on anything. It could have been amazing if it was seasoned more and actually had a decent amount of rib meat like it advertised.
Catfish Tacos – just bland. Not offensive, fried nicely, but bland.
The cocktails were also pretty underwhelming.
The atmosphere of the place was nice and everything looked sleek and nice, but the food just sucked. Our 3 person bill was $170 and nothing was good.

Fun vibe with great eats. Highly recommend the Cajun shrimp and Mac & cheese. Jumbo shrimp cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese melts in your mouth. Good portion sizes for the price. The wings were too oily for my preference and I wish we would have picked a flavor other than buffalo. Drinks trend upward on price for the quality. Overall a great vibe with good food. There is seating inside and a nice patio with comfortable seating and patio heaters. I would go back!

I couldn’t believe that I hadn’t reviewed this place yet. It’s my 3rd time eating here and it doesn’t disappoint at all. The people are friendly when you first walk which shouldn’t be taken for granted at restaurants these days. I sat at the bar this visit. The bartender told me that he made the best Paloma in West LA. He was lying. Perfect amount of liquor to mix ratio. I ordered wings and fried deviled eggs. The wings were out of this world and if you haven’t had fried deviled eggs then you’re missing out. Big time. It was karaoke night the owner was clowning singing the first song of the night. This place is a vibe. It’s a definite must go and try. I would recommend you going. The menu has plenty of options for your taste buds. Don’t worry about that all.

I did see that the menu said the tables were set to 90 mins per party, but the big party they had there when we were there sat for well over 2 hrs. And the hostess was very adamant about us sticking to that time and getting up in 90 mins ..mind you I ordered more drinks that I couldn’t enjoy or finish because she rushed us…a little disappointed in the service. She did offer the bar but she never got the chairs or the space set up for us…I just felt rushed to leave a booth because they wanted to turn it around to other customers
