I’ve never had a bad experience at this branch when ordering food but I guess that may be because I normally walk in. Tonight because it was late I went to the drive thru, big mistake.

Intercom wasn’t clear so I had to order at the window. Told the cashier I wanted the Fanville Wing Combo, spicy, sauce on the side (Sweet Heat).

When she was handing me the order I again asked you put sweet heat right, yes, the sauce is in the bag.

I got home and the order is wrong. The wings are original, only one dipping sauce is sweet heat, the other taste terrible (I threw it away) and the wings were the nasty big wings I hate. I am soooo disappointed.

I bought this same special two weeks ago and sat in the carpark and ate it so I know exactly what I was supposed to get.

After driving 30 mins one way late at night to be disappointed I won’t be buying from here again. ✌️

Homeroom always goes above and beyond. He checks my order at the window for me and is always calm even with 10 cars behind me. Remember we are all human, and he is not the only one working when you order. However if there were 4 of him everything would always be perfecto!!!

I ordered online with no problem. When I arrived, the doors were locked… it was the middle of the afternoon. Absolutely zero help online, because of course, I was charged. A couple of days later, I went to the store to get some assistance and was informed that there was a “fryer fire” so no one was there…
OK. Even if that were a fact, I was still charged for food that was not just wrong, but non-existent. NOBODY at the store offered any assistance, and the run around of the online app rounted me to New Zealand… seriously. Maybe I’m expecting TOO much from a fast food restaurant but, insane.

My wife and I just had an absolutely amazing experience at Popeyes! From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcome and valued. The food was incredibly fresh — you could tell it was made with care and attention. Our chicken was hot, crispy, and flavorful, and the sides were perfect. But what really stood out were the frozen strawberry lemonades — they were unbelievably refreshing and delicious!

We want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team working there: Yadina, Samil, Anaiza, and Humberto, the manager who clearly runs a tight, positive ship. Every one of them was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect. You could really see the pride they take in their work, and it made our visit special.

It’s rare these days to find a fast-food restaurant where you can tell the team truly cares about the customer experience — but this Popeyes has it down perfectly. Because of their outstanding service and great food, we’ll definitely be coming back often. The whole crew deserves recognition (and honestly, a promotion!) for how well they represent the Popeyes brand.

Drive thru speaker was static. Person taking the order was rude. I asked for the 2 PC tenders and shrimp combo she corrected me saying it was a surf n turf (Doesn’t say that on the menu) she told me to pull up to the windows. Asked what I wanted to drink, gave me my total took my card and handed it back with no receipt and said have a good day and slammed the window closed. Another person gave me my food. I told her what the other employee did and she just said yea I know.

Well except for the really good service guy in the front very polite and nice the place looks no clean outside and inside and the wings maybe today but were the worse wings I saw in many time I honestly put it in the garbage I have no time to drive all the way back to Popeyes

They were out of fries and ice. When ordering my husband had told them he wanted extra ice but they never mentioned they were out til they handed us our drinks. The one that was taking the orders was really short and huffy. Not good customer service. Their portion sizes have gone down and yet they charge you more now. But there are a lot of good tasting things on the menu

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This store started off good. The people in there were nice but throught the year you could tell the smiles were fading. I started seeing new managers and some were good and some were not so good. The one before this one was my favorite always great customer service. I’ve sat in there lobby and watched the new manager belittle the employees. He had one man crying it was so bad. He is rude and obnoxious. He even yells at the customers. They’ve run out of chicken sandwiches so many time and they’ve had the audacity to give me chicken tenders in the bun without saying anything. They’re always out of stuff that should be ordered properly such as lids, cups, chicken, no sides. Ive gotten old chicken that tast like crap and is dry because it sat uder the warmer way too long. When ive asked for fresh if hes there he gets upset. Also had a meal exact order as tge lady that went before me and he changed the price for her because she said thats the price you always give me. But I paid full price SAME EXACT MEAL. WHERE ARE THE OWNERS? THIS GUY IS MAKING A JOKE OUT OF YOUR STORE!!! I live close by so I come get food almost daily and sometimes im there for an hour or so doing work on my laptop and I see these employees working there butts off and the store manager is outside with a girl employee sucking face or theyre in his car doing whatever. And its hours at a time. So professional. Also the day they had the fryer fire I heard one employee call the manager and he told them to keep working. Thats so dangerous. I see now why the lobby used to be full and now its empty and back then you couldnt get into the drive thru. If the owners don’t stop by frequently they might eventually close this store due to no customer. Hello HR AND OWNERS WHAT ARE YOU DOING? As far as im concerned the guy named Humberto should be running that store or anyone else honestly

Swung by for lunch in drive through and I’m rushed. Went to asked for condiments and my man’s already closed the window and gives me no receipt. Get him to open the window now I get attitude. This isn’t a race so what’s the rush. Keep all that for real. Trash experience. Don’t waste your time.
