food here can be a hit or miss sometimes. majority of the time its good, hot chicken but sometimes i get cold and the tenders are even tenders. it feels like im eating just the fried batter they cook the chicken in. the sauce also sometimes tastes weird? it’s hard to explain but hasn’t happened in a while. go-to spot for some canes.

Although the staff was very nice ……I asked for my chicken to be extra crispy and it was not at all crispy. The breading fell completely off and it just simply was not right and I didn’t let it sit in the bag (to sweat) or anything. This was right after it was handed to me and I took a bite.

My coke was very flat and watery. I was 15 min away from my hotel. I walked in the room, washed my hands to eat. My food was completely soggy. Where I live, the fries are in boxes. Here, fries and tenders are put together . The heat and being in that bag caused to feel wet. Other than that, it was ok. Not edible to my liking.

Staff is always super helpful and friendly! I just wanted to make this review to say the first time I ate here was a little over 5 years ago and it was on my first date with my wife. We ate in her jeep and shared a first kiss midway thru me eating a French fry , but I knew she was the one for me. Fast forward to now: I just had a lunch date with her and our son inside a packed restaurant and the food was perfect as usual, but it was a very sweet and full circle moment that I thought I would share. I was recommended to try the chicken sandwich here and it was really good! I just love how moist the chicken is and the Cane’s sauce is really good! It’s similar to Zaxby’s sauce but better in my opinion. The sandwich bread is really good too and the fries! Definitely a solid meal for lunch or dinner!

Reliable chain, you’ll always get a good chicken finger meal. Dining room is clean, staff clean pretty promptly as seating areas are vacated. We had the Caniac Combo (see picture).
