The most filthy Chipotle I have ever been to. Not a single clean table. All tables were filthy with dirty containers. Employee excuse is we have been busy. They did not want to clean a table for us. Employee handed me the towel and told me I could clean it myself. Ridiculous!

Went during San Japan, a little late in the evening. Got 2 bowls, was told angrily about several missing options for bowl. Tall white dude was sighing and expressing genuine distaste with being there while wildly throwing WAY too much corn and hot sour cream on top of the bowl. They waited until the bowl reached the end to angrily say they were out of lettuce.

Went home with basically sour cream soup that leaked through the container.

Need to have a talk with the tall white dude about customer service skills especially at the end of your shift.

You don’t get to just slack off because you’re out of items or getting off work soon. I know the work is rough and tiring, but you’re at work, you represent the company. Even when you are shorthanded, out of supplies, and about to clock out.

If you can’t handle those basic responsibilities, her a better job man.

Terrible. We arrived at approximately 8:00 pm she scrapped the queso blanco from the pan when my son ordered I asked if they had more she said that was it. He was still charged $5.30 for the queso. All of the food was cold we asked to have at least the queso heated up since we are staying at a nearby hotel without a microwave. The young lady asked the cook heat it up she then gives it back to us with bottom of the paper bowl burnt. I asked what happened she said the bottom was hot so she put the bowl inside of another bowl and they could not make more because they were too slow. This to me is unacceptable when you still have an hour before closing and customers wanting to order. So ridiculous I didn’t place an order for myself. ALL of the food was cold. I can’t believe we got this kind of service from Chipotle.

Horrible customer service!!! My family and I came in after my daughter’s band concert, and what a disappointment. We did not get greeted when we came in. Let’s just say we didn’t even get recognized when we entered. The staff was talking and acted as if we were not there. We waited a few minutes to see if they would take our order, and no one even looked at us. It was so disrespectful as a paying customer. My son then asked for a cup of water because we had walked from the Alamodome and was denied a cup of water. We walked out and did not attempt to even eat here.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I placed a pickup order as usual, but when I arrived, all street parking was blocked off due to construction. I was forced to use a parking garage that cost me over $5 out of pocket, and Chipotle refused to validate the receipt. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked about it. To make matters worse, my order was cold even though I arrived right at the time it said it was ready.

This is unacceptable customer service, especially for loyal customers who have supported this location for years. Between the unnecessary expense, the unprofessional staff, and the poor quality of the food, I will be rethinking whether I return to this Chipotle in the future.

The food was good, I mean it’s chipotle, you either like it or don’t. The staff was great, only downside is the restaurant lobby is tiny, it is down town so expected but not fun having people stare you down while you eat, hoping to get your table the second you are done

I came in today and I come often and no issues other than one of the workers I assume he’s the manager since how cocky he is I asked for my receipt because they failed to do so they gave me someone else’s copy I wasn’t able to earn point for my account everything felt very rushed as I was paying the white male at the register was taking the person next to me when I haven’t even finished my transaction. Staff here is very tight not even polite very strait forward.

I was there with my mom on mother’s day. Ordered food, they were out of salsa (for 2 days) I was told. Ordered a med drink because I like Mr. Pibs. When I went to get the Mr. Pibs, only soda water came out. I don’t drink anything else there. I went up to the counter to let them know it was out. I was told to wait, then 5 minutes later, told they were out. So, I asked for a refund for my drink. The girl was puzzled so she got someone else. I told him I wanted a refund for the drink since they were out and I didn’t like anything else. He asked me, “Did you use the cup?”. I said “Of course I used the cup, how do you think I knew you were out of Mr. Pibs?” To which he replied, “I can’t refund you since you used the cup.” Now this would be funny if it wasn’t true. I asked to speak to the manager. He identified himself as the manager. I asked his name, he refused to give it to me. I kindly pleaded with him to give me my refund and he kept saying he couldn’t because I used the cup. I disputed the entire charge with my credit card company. Plus the place was filthy, and the guy was a duffus so I picked up my food and left. Oh ya, I left the “used” cup on the counter. Enjoy the pics.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. As a vegetarian, I was very careful when ordering my bowl, specifically stating that I wanted only veggies, with no protein. However, when I started eating, I was horrified to find a piece of beef mixed in with the vegetables.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they made me wait for an unreasonably long time. After what felt like forever, they told me they had informed the manager but were still waiting for a response, and that there was nothing they could do in the meantime.

This careless mistake completely ruined my day. I will never be eating at Chipotle again. The lack of attention to dietary preferences and poor customer service is unacceptable.
