Its Valentines day…so they had cute heart cut biscuits…I thought that was awesome. Unfortunately…the biscuits were not throughly cooked. Was very gummy on the inside. I usually stop here for breakfast when I’m in Eau Claire…and this is the first time this has happened

The worst Hardee’s branch so far! We paid $44 for 3 meals and it was not worth it at all. The ingredients were not the standard. Food was obviously reheated and re-wrapped. Fries were fried more than once, served soaking in oil. Tray had no paper on it. Both fries and burgers were not served hot. We communicated our frustration to Rachel from cashier but she had no empathy, wrong person to work at a customer service job. She said that everything was standard. She did not apologize for our bad experience because she thinks that everything was standard. When she came back to the kitchen, they were loudly talking about our complaint when we expressed it in a quiet and calm way. She was telling the cook that he did a good job. This branch needs to be shut down if the quality of food and the service is far below standard. This branch needs better management and obviously better staff.

UPDATE: So I filled out the form they sent me and I got a call from Rachel of “Human Resources” LOL! The same cashier and the same “Manager” who talked to us in the store. If this Rachel has no empathy and told me that this is the standard, why would I waste my time talking to her again?? This branch should hire better staff! A bot makes more sense than her.

Absolutely a disgrace. We were the only ones there and our food came out incorrect, under cooked and sub par would be considered a compliment. All the soda ordered tasted dirty, usually indicating the Co2 is low or out and our cups filled only 2/3 full. Our fries were either half filled or hap hazardly thrown into the bag. For how long it took and considering we were the only customers at the time, these kind of “mistakes” we’re not accidental. The boy who first answered the drive thru was extremely rude and harsh with us from the beginning to the point the female worker took over taking our order. One of the meals ordered had slider sized burger patties instead of the regular size, once again carelessly incorrect. Just a waste of time and money.

Awful service. Sat in the drive through for over a half hour and never seen the vehicles in front of us get food. Couldn’t wait anymore so we left without our food. Hated to do it but when you have a baby in the back getting fussy from sitting that long we left. 0/10 do not recommend this location

As I walked in to the restaurant, the employees gave me a very kind greeting. I had to look at the menu for a minute and the employees respected me, and gave me all the time that I needed. The cashier gave me a big smile and asked me “what can I get for you today” and I ordered. They brought my food out with amazing service and speed. I was very happy with my order. I would definitely go back there and get food again. Thank you hardees, for making my lunch break great
