Don’t Panic
I would give zero stars if I could. Placed a mobile order. Showed up, told them I was here for a mobile order and was told it would be a few minutes. I saw the frosty‘s we ordered placed on the back counter but no food. After 45 minutes of waiting I went back up to the counter where I was told they “forgot“ I was waiting. They tried to give me the frosty‘s that had been melting for over a half hour. I had to ask for them to be remade. They then hand me my food.
I Drive a few minutes away and realize not only is my sandwich wrong, but all the food is cold and had obviously just been sitting for some time while we waited. I went back to speak to the manager. He was extremely rude. Told me he couldn’t refund my money because the order was placed online. Okay, I get that. But did nothing to make it right. Did not apologize, did not offer to remake it, nothing. I asked if he was serious that there was nothing at all he could do, since I had waited 45 minutes for cold food that was made wrong. He said no, grabbed the bag I had set on the counter, chucked it in the trash and walked away. I have never in my life contacted a corporate office over bad service. Guess there’s a first time for everything.

What else could go wrong when you got people like Kevin running the place? Apparently he is the GM (per his own confirmation).
I’ve seen this kid a few times and it really doesn’t matter whether it food related or not he doesn’t care and it shows on his face. He can’t stand you the customer and looks at you like you are just another moron.
I take my kids there for the toys but honestly I’m done because we are at the point you gotta cut off these businesses that deep down hate you aside from your money. The food is mediocre at best with Wendy’s but now there’s really no reason to go.
However all the other staff were actually quite nice and helpful so please know this was isolated to Kevin’s terrible customer service skills.

The most filthy wendy’s ever. It was so dirty in the dining area. Tables and counters obviously not cleaned in a while. Trash cans were overflowing. The cashier was rude young teenager. Did not even greet or even respond when we said hi first. And then the restroom was awful. Smells like an outhouse the smell from the disposed sanitary napkins was so bad it could be smelled in the dining area. Floor filthy not mopped in a while. No paper towels. Dispenser was broken so they stacked brown napkins on top and they fell all over the floor too. The trash In there was overflowing as well. The employees, all kids, standing around when work needs to be done and the drive thru had about 7 cars in line. Boss better look at the employees . They’re ruining your business. You’re paying them to not do much. We sure won’t be back. Disgusting.

For management: This at about 6pm on 10/19. Men’s room was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, and the paper towel dispenser wasn’t working. The guy filling fries was pulling them out of the order containers with bare hands to throw them at other employees. My wife started eating her baked potato and something tasted bad. Turned out all the sour cream packets were expired and actually now sour. She went back in for a replacement and they had none left. She said the women’s room smelled really bad and there was trash all over. The only two good things were the speed and cashier. If we lived nearby we certainly wouldn’t return.

I stopped here one day after a long hike and drive on my way home… I’m honestly in shock on how low the ratings are because honestly this was hands down the best Wendy’s I’ve ever had fresh fries, yummy burger kind workers and it came out so fresh!!!! I’ve literally never had good Wendy’s in my life until I stopped here.

Place was clean and I liked the environment. It’s one of those older Wendy’s with the room with all the glass windows and it’s been upgraded or modernized. It felt open and sunny. The cashier helped out with our meal selection and had all the right questions. We got the Jr. Deluxe burgers with no meat, cheese or mayo. We try to stay away from meat and diary.

Order food for our break from one of the businesses that share the shopping center with Wendy’s. Waisted the first half of our lunch break waiting for the food. Waisted the 2nd half going back to have the order correct, as nothing was what we asked for. The manager took back our food, and returned insisting these burgers were correct. When we opened the wrappers we found he just gave us back the same burgers. Not new burgers made the same way. He just re-wrapped what we brought back as incorrect. Won’t be letting them waist any more of my time. Sofias isn’t really much more expensive, is 100 times better, and is actually faster than the “fast” food. Lesson learned..

After spending the day on the road we walked into Wendy’s to have a quick bite. The women’s rest room was out of order with a note to use the men’s. The condition of the restroom was anything but clean. Paper towel roll was sitting on top of the urinal instead of in the dispenser. Toilet paper dispenser was empty with an almost empty roll on the sink. Trash was overflowing. We ordered our meals at 6:05 pm. They were out of mustard and there were no cups for the ketchup dispenser. We received or food at 6:29. The dining room floor and tables were dirty. We had to clean a table before sitting down. When we got up to leave we could put our trash in the receptacle because it was overflowing. I feel bad for the employees working in these understaffed conditions. It did not appear that there was a manager supporting them and they were doing their best. That is why I’m giving this review two stars.

I mobile ordered 30 minutes before arriving. Had to stand behind 10 people ordering and then wait for them to get their order before I got mine. What is the point of mobile ordering if you still have to stand in line and wait for those who haven’t already ordered?!?
