This place is absolutely disgusting. The men who work there daily do not clean the store on their free time or down time. They sit and talk all day and leave the store messy when people need to sit. The ratings lie about the food as well. They are stingy with their veggies and put very little. The lemonade tastes absolutely gross. They are just messy and disgusting. Do better subways and will be contacting corporate.

Everyone was very attentive to what I wanted and asked if I wanted my sub toasted and I tried it that way and loved it. I went first to the subway store at hwy 155 in locust grove and they denied me the use of my subway coupons they were very rude and I walked outside and made a statement that I was shocked the way the man and woman treated me over a coupon so I left there but a man outside said he would never go back to that subway and I said me to sir NEVER. then I left and went to subway in locust grove Ingles’s location they were so so nice that will be my subway for now on. Thank you for outstanding service. !!!

This was the worse Subway I’ve ever had. The bread was old and the overall sandwich just tastes sour. The guy who was making my sub had his airpods in the entire time and did not get the sandwich correct. He tried to charge me $21 for a 6in combo. This place is unprofessional and needs the health inspector to visit asap.

Would have left a zero if possible. Ordered the hero got a call from nice door dash girl saying they are out of meatballs…JV. I tell them give me an Italian instead with lettuce mayo and pickles. What I received was an abomination of wilted lettuce, a metric pant load of mayo and the pepperoni from the original sandwich absolutely unedible. This place is a joke, and I would never go there again. FYI not door dash fault I listened over the phone and she relayed my order perfectly

I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the staff. I placed the order online, and the order went through smoothly, indicating it was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that they had run out of items and the order was not even prepared. To make it worse is the staff adamantly refusing to provide a refund for the unavailable items. I had to endure a lengthy wait of about 15-20 minutes, during which I had to explain the situation repeatedly until the store manager finally intervened to process the refund. It is concerning that your staff lacks the necessary training to handle such a simple situation, prompting a need for you to reevaluate your onboarding process.

This was one of the best Subways I have been too. The staff was extra friendly to me and to my kids. We ordered a lot of food. The staff was great and helped me through it all. Very friendly and always asking about the kids and if things are going well. I visit this location once a week and never have a problem. If you are in the area make an effort to visit this Subway. You will not be disappointed! Try the cheese pizza extra cheese. The kids love it. I always get spicy Italian double meat. Half now and half for the next days lunch.
