I’d leave a zero star review if I was able to. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant like this and it doesn’t come close. I ordered a McCrispy chicken sandwich and was served a chicken patty that was completely cold and raw on the inside. When I went to complain about the quality of the food, the manager on duty was also dismissive and unhelpful.
I don’t know how a place like this can let something that under-cooked go out the door to a customer. Either way I know I won’t be back.

Been here many times, always a good experience. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO 250 WHALLEY AVE. LOCATION. Thank me later. This McDonalds is not that far down the road and you will regret going to the other one. Trust me. Good job guys well deserve 5 stars.

This location has an ongoing issue with prejudice, specifically with one cashier. For months, she has consistently treated me with suspicion and disrespect. Every time I place an order, and she rings me she looks at me as if I’m looking for trouble. When she entered my order incorrectly, and I mentioned it to her ; she questions me in a way that suggests I’m trying to “get over” or receive something for free. Her body language, tone, and assumptions speak volumes.
Today was no different. She entered my order wrong, assumed I wanted HOT coffees I did not order, mentioned an up-charge for ice coffees but didn’t charge me, then made my iced coffees incorrectly again. I had to come back around, which caused me to be late for work. Instead of taking accountability, the attitude implied that the issue was somehow my fault.
I do not tolerate prejudice or discrimination, whether verbal or nonverbal. Being repeatedly treated with suspicion for months is unacceptable, and it’s clear this behavior has been swept under the rug. I will no longer be a consumer at this location.

They had me in second line waiting for order but took 6 cars in other lane when I complained the young man at register said I should of walked in then I spoke to manager small Spanish man with curly long hair he said this isn’t my store (Ricardo) when I asked for my receipt he told me they don’t give any so how do I complain ♀️ I use to love coming here but the way they treat you there Is crazy if I could give no stars I would all for a sprite ♀️

If I could’ve given negative stars I definitely would. This location is racist and prejudice towards other people who are not strictly Mexican/south American. Extremely rude to customers and delivery workers of Uber/doordash. My ethnicity gets confused by people but I’ll tell you this, I understand Spanish and speak it. This worker was being nice to the Mexican customer and immediately turned around to the others and myself with a nasty and rude attitude with poor tone of voice and mannerism. I’ll be adding a photo and calling corporate. It’s not my first time experiencing this at this location. I’ve had enough to make a complaint.

I’m not too picky to care much about the quality of food because I like food, but I will say that if you are looking for a more refined, fresher taste, I would go to Burger King or a special restaurant. I always love McDonald’s for its delicious coffees and its soft serve, though. I mostly go here because it’s convenient, the food isn’t too bad, and the deals are good.

Today, my food was delicious. My McChicken was cooked with a juicy and hot sensation that hit with the hot spice it contained. I had ordered an ice coffee without ice which was refreshing on a hot day, although without ice, the ice coffee is slightly warm which is not a fault, as I know how it’s made, I used to work there. The atmosphere is different than it used to be 8 months ago. My food was cheap as I had points and used a coupon.

Today and last week waited close to 10 minutes to order and no one came over to take my order. No one greeted, said I’ll be right with you, nothing. Not a word. This week my child even called “excuse me” multiple times to no one giving any sort of acknowledgement. Both times we’ve left without ordering. That’s my last time going to that location.
