Bad service at this jack in a box, Security showed up in a yellow patrol car driving reckless and when I asked the reason he said it’s none of my business but I’m a paying customer, wouldn’t recommend this jack specially with the rude security company they have I believe the yellow patrol said la pro security

Manager was rude. The sign says it opens at 6am to 10pm. @ 6:30am I tried to go in to place an order and use the bathroom, it was still close So i approached the window for mobile orders the manager kept saying it was close because she still needed to clean.. question what the hell was she doing all night. I am not from here, i came on mini vacation to experience and know the famous East Los Angeles I got stranded out here with my husband due to not knowing what time public transportation stops running. I witness hardly any. Customers going through drive thru the restaurant was close and she still gave us an attitude that she was not going to open until after 6:30am! The she proceed on closing the window went to the lobby that looked perfectly clean before i approached the window asking when she was opening up the lobby,

The smash burgers just a lot smaller, and I asked for fresh curly fries. Instead they gave me cold rock-hard curly fries. NUVIA served me, and I asked her for fresh frys. They will normally cook a lot of frys at one time. then let them sit and serve them out. But they are normally cold and hard as the serve them out. I’m paying for a good experience and good food. I will stop going to jack n the box for a while. All of the franchises do this practice. I asked other locations for fresh frys and they will make them for me. But the burger that I always get just became a lot smaller. Can’t believe what just happened. So, no more

Honestly very disappointed on the serving size. They even asked for combo size and I asked for a medium. Not only did they skimp out on the portions but gave me sweet tea versus my request of unsweetened so I had to throw it away. The chicken was good though at least the little bits they gave me. They also didn’t have my receipt ready after I paid I had to ask for one and waited minute(s) to get them to print one out. I do understand it’s a fast food restaurant but that should never be an excuse for low quality service. I hope they improve their methods because jack in the box is highly reputable for being consistent.
