Pretty good BK. It’s typical BK food, but the lady behind the counter was nice and friendly. I ordered via the app and my food was ready pretty quick. The bathroom could use some work, but not the worst I’ve seen. I was impressed the whopper I ordered actually had toppings placed nicely instead of in just a pile in the middle of the burger. Food was hot and tasty. Definitely a pretty good experience. I was here at 11am on a Tuesday.

During our visit, the two ladies working the front counter—one of whom I believe may have been the manager (though I could be mistaken)—were noticeably unprofessional and discourteous toward both staff members and customers. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this experience warranted being addressed in hopes of improvement.
I firmly believe that respectful and welcoming service is essential to a positive customer experience, and unfortunately, that standard was not met.
On a positive note, the food was hot and fresh!

My experience at this burger king was very pleasant. I went for lunch on 12/9/2025. The lobby was clean and the staff greeted me with kindness and professionalism. My food was fresh and wait time was short despite them being busy. I dont get an overall good experience at many fast food restaurants, so i will definitely eat lunch here again.

Burger King as a brand has become a joke. The prices keep going up and the food keeps shrinking. How are they going to charge me $13 for cold hash browns, a cold croissant that’s the size and texture of a hockey puck and an orange juice, that somehow manages to be the warmest part of my meal? This was the first time I have eaten there in years and it’s definitely going to be the last. I can go sit down at a decent restaurant and get a meal for the same price.

I ordered from here the other day, in the middle of a 10 hr ER trip for my husband. Fries were cold. They didn’t mark diet or regular for the root beer(s). Didn’t have the right cheese I wanted for a sandwich. This is what is really just baffling to me, they would NOT give a ranch and a buffalo sauce. Lol, so so wierd! I bought food, over $20…it doesn’t matter what I ordered. If your customer wants sauce-give sauce. I had 2 chicken items. A Buffalo and a ranch sauce MADE SENSE. Especially since you didn’t bother to add ketchup. If a customer asks for a sauce when BUYING FOOD from YOUR STORE, you give it to them–period. Not fight about it. Even asked after they didn’t have the right cheese for my sandwich they STILL fought/argued it. That right there is what really made me decide to write this review.Like I said so weird. I am never dashing from here again nor will I be going in person. Go to McDonalds or another BK–they’ll most likely appreciate your business and give you any sauce you’d like…

Approaching the door I noticed it was greasy and dirty like it hadn’t been wiped down in weeks. The floor was slushy and marked with mud stains as if little attempt to clean it had been made. The staff was incredibly rude and there was a wait time. The did not greet me or say thank you. This location seemed to be understaffed as well and with only a few workers who were trying to fill multiple orders while the guy at the register needed help placing customer’s orders. I do not plan on returning to this establishment and have my choice of much cleaner, friendlier and better run places to eat.

There was quite a few people working behind the counter In the kitchen who were Participating in friendly banter, The cashiers were also very friendly and personable and funny. Just standing there watching them interact together I could see that they all respect each each other other and enjoy their work environment. I told them on the way out that I really loved the friendly and lively atmosphere that they created with their professional but friendly attitudes and personalities. Really great experience and I’m glad I stopped in today!

My burger was steaming hot off the grill, my onion rings were fresh out of the oil. There was a big in my cup of water but besides that…. The customer service was great from the white lady that was prepping/packing bags but the black lady on the drive thru seemed like she had a little attitude when she took my order. I came in at 2:21pm today. I think the drink machine needs to be cleaned though. I used to work at Burger King around 2008 in Astoria Queens… I love Burger King
