The pizza slices were huge. And it was so good. And they run a special of two slices and a drink for $8.50 I think. It was all worth it. The quality of the pizza was excellent. The staff was very pleasant. Great spot to eat at. Will definitely be back and will look for the chain when I go out.

We’ve been enjoying Johnny’s Pizza for many years. Best pizza in the area by far! Other Italian dishes are also very good.
Recently, I had an issue with their delivery service, Slice, and the owner, John, called me directly to tell me he was issuing a refund and he explained the issue and was very pleasant to deal with.
I’ll continue using Johnny’s because they are hands down the best in this area. Great customer service was given after a horrible customer experience.

Great pizza and friendly service! The young lady working the register was very nice, polite and patient. The pizza was a delicious New York style and came out quickly. The garlic knots were the best I’ve ever had, hands down, and my son agreed. We will be sure to stop in for a slice next time we are up that way in Cary!

Just had some seriously delicious pizza and the service was top-notch too! Everything arrived hot and fresh, just how we like it. The staff were super friendly and really helpful with our order. I’m already planning my next visit because it was that good. Definitely recommend this spot for a great meal and a pleasant experience.

The restaurant features a pleasing aesthetic with outdoor seating, an upstairs area, and a clean environment. The staff were friendly, though the paper menu was difficult to read. The person taking the order did not recommend drinks, which was a forgotten order. When thirsty, i got bottled water from the car.
Food:
Margherita Pizza: 1.2/10
This pizza was a letdown, visually unappealing with green, unripe tomatoes and baked basil. I’d prefer fresh basil to be served fresh. The taste was undesirable, despite having a crispy crust.
Philly Steak & Cheese: 2.1/10
The dish was overwhelmed by an excessive amount of seasoning, which overshadowed what could have been a good portion and an okay presentation.
Appetizer Sampler: 1.2/10
The quality was reminiscent of low-end frozen food. The fried ravioli lacked flavor, and the chicken was extremely dry, significantly diminishing the overall appeal.
Value: 2.9/10
The pricing ($49 for three items) did not reflect the quality of the food. The appetizer sampler, priced at $12, offered little value and was comparable to cheaper, yet better-tasting options from a grocery store.

The pizza slice meal deal is great. You get huge slices. 2 slices 1 topping each and a drink for $8.50. Lots of toppings to pick from. They also have pastas, strambolis, calzones, pizza rolls, salads, apps, wings, dessert, subs, and entrees!
I have also come by with the Cary Trek pizza ride! Always good! Swing by when you can!

Monster Pizza Slices with generous portion of toppings. Excellent value $7.58 : Lunch special of 2 NY slices, choice of one topping per slice (can mix or match) and a fountain drink. Great menu and seating. Attentive and friendly staff.
Returned for a 2nd visit today and had to up my rating. Options for toppings, quality, value all in one great lunch break spot. I’ll be back real soon!

A great environment. The staff interacted with my son and we got to see through the window how they make the pizzas fresh every minute.
They also let me get the lunch special at dinner time. 2 large slices with one topping and a drink for under $7.
Note that the pizza is made fresh. I thought getting two single slices would be <10 minutes but I was wrong. It took around 30 minutes for me to get my food. Deliciousness takes time.
