This Panera has been going downhill in quality recently and I’m not sure why. I usually had good experiences and good food but this morning I got an Asiago bagel and I get to work and it’s burnt, hard as a rock, and nearly hollow on the inside. The last time I got a bagel it was also burnt and like it didn’t have any actual Asiago on it but at least wasn’t hollow. They also changed the cream cheese packaging that you can visibly tell is probably half what they used to give. This is just frustrating and disappointing when the quality has gone down but prices haven’t. The lady at the drive thru window was extremely pleasant early in the morning though so I will give them that.

Very nice Panera. The service was good and so was the food. The staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean. This location seems bigger than most; the fireplace is a nice touch.

All I wanted was a grilled cheese and a cup of soup…this is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST grilled cheese I’ve ever had. There was hardly any cheese, the bread was less than toasted and soggy. Extremely disappointing especially when ur supposed to be known for ur sandwiches

On this visit, I purchased a blueberry muffin priced at $3.59 and tendered a $5 bill to the cashier. The cashier incorrectly entered the transaction into the point-of-sale system as if exact change had been provided. As a result, I was initially given only $1 in change, despite being owed additional change.
After reviewing the receipt and bringing the discrepancy to the cashier’s attention, she acknowledged the issue and stated she believed she owed me more. Rather than immediately correcting the cash discrepancy, she offered an additional pastry in place of returning the correct change. I agreed to this resolution at that time.
However, before completing this offer, the cashier requested managerial assistance. When the manager arrived, the register was opened and my remaining change was returned, but the previously offered pastry was no longer provided or acknowledged.
Upon further review of my receipt, it was clear that the cashier had entered the payment as exact change, despite receiving $5. This represents an error in transaction processing and raises concerns regarding accuracy and internal controls at the register.
I then requested to speak directly with the manager, Carrie, to address the issue. The response I received was dismissive, with the matter characterized as insignificant and my concerns minimized. I was also told that contacting corporate would not matter, which is an inappropriate response to a customer raising a legitimate transactional concern.
This experience reflects deficiencies in cash-handling accuracy, customer-service standards, and managerial professionalism. Employees operating a cash register should be properly trained to enter payments accurately and promptly correct discrepancies when identified. I have contacted corporate to formally document this incident and request appropriate review.

I had the Mediterranean veggie sandwich half-and-half combo with a French onion soup, both items were delicious! I also had the chicken avocado melt with the broccoli cheddar soup! It was delicious definitely recommend this place. And finally I had the passion fruit papaya tea! The drink was amazing and I recommend this!

The restaurant is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The service is hit and miss. If l you decide to use the self ordering kiosk no one will acknowledge you. The food is good, but the pricing is climbing quickly. Breakfast sandwich is $7, cinnamon roll is $4, and a coffee is $3. That’s a $14 breakfast. In the end, it’s better than most fast food breakfasts and a much better dine in atmosphere.

We placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup on our way home. We picked it up without any issues; however, after we drove home, we recognized 50 percent of our order was wrong! They put a hot sandwich and a chicken noodle in the bag when we ordered a turkey bravo and cream of chicken. We also saw the receipt was never initialed to indicate it had been checked. We called the store, and our only option was to drive back and pick up the two items. My grandma drove 10 minutes back to pick up the correct items, and she was never offered a free pastry or a coupon or anything. They did toss an unknown tiny pastry into the bag we later found out was chocolate and coconut: gross!

Food was pretty ok. Service sucked. Took awhile and They never called out our name. Left our food to sit there cooling off. Three things to carry. No trays available. Awesome.

Got a bowl of soup and a cup. Looked like they put the same amount in both. Half filled bowl full of soup. Thanks Panera.

Honestly I was at first upset my order was wrong after I had driven all the way home. I called to tell them and the general manager was super friendly and actually seemed to have cared about my order being wrong . I know that is expected but not all managers respond kindly or even care.
