Honestly once you go to one of these hibachi places you’ve been to all, but this chef really spiced it up with a bunch of cool funny gimmicks when he does his routine
Besides that, I would say overall the food and the atmosphere I like more Kobes. But, this place was good too
I would also mention they have an unlimited deal for like 32 bucks but you can’t sit at the hibachi table. Only the regular dining tables can do it
Our chef was Jay and he did a great job making us laugh but more importantly cooked us a great meal. I had filet, my daughter chicken and my husband did steak and tuna. My husband also ordered the green forrest roll. We also got a slice of red velvet cake to go. All the food was tasty and my daughter tried all types of new food, kid aporoved.
Patrick was our server and we had good service. He was patient with us when my daughter was indecisive and made sure we were happy with food and service.
Bathrooms were clean and all areas of the restaurant that we saw were clean and orderly. All staff members we encountered were polite and courteous. Would recommend to anyone, if you’re going on the weekend and want a spot at the hibachi table make a reservation in advance.
The rolls looked NOTHING like the pictures. They arrived completely smashed, falling apart, and soggy. The rice was a mess, the avocado was overly mushy, and the presentation was embarrassing — like someone dropped the box and decided to send it anyway.
Yes, there was wasabi and ginger — smeared all over like someone stepped on it.
Absolutely no care, no pride in quality. For this price, I expected something at least edible and presentable, not a pile of disappointment in a plastic tray.
If you’re looking to treat yourself — trust me, this ain’t it.
Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
The food? Absolutely divine. Each dish is a masterpiece, bursting with bold flavors and crafted with the freshest ingredients. Whether you’re savoring their signature sushi rolls or indulging in a perfectly cooked entrée, every bite is a testament to the culinary artistry at Kawa.
A special shoutout to Sara, the bartender, who is nothing short of phenomenal. Her five-star service is the heart of the bar—she’s attentive, professional, and has a knack for making every guest feel like a regular. Her expertly crafted cocktails are the perfect complement to the meal, each one a work of art in its own right.
Kawa is more than a restaurant; it’s an experience that leaves you counting down the days until your next visit. If you’re looking for a place where exceptional food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere come together, Kawa is it.
