Always a great place to eat. I am surprised at the variety they have. You can get turkey dressing, spaghetti, fried shrimp and fish, or Southern there. Every time I go there it has been excellent. Breakfast portions are big. If you’re cold and nature, I suggest bringing a jacket.

Great place for some great local food. Laid back, casual atmosphere. For reference I paid well under $20 for a shrimp and flounder platter, and around $15 for a fried oyster platterand it was excellent food. The staff are very nice and engaging. We always enjoy or stops here. Great place for families.

Sat outside on Sat morning. Busy of course. We were surprised to get sat and drank order taken right away, then someone else came and took our drinks— then again after that. After 3rd time, we got them. Then placed our order. Food was worth —-well not what we paid. Just run of the mill-pun intended. Didn’t really deserve a tip cause we got no service but she took that money. Same girl that took our order diff people brought drinks and diff girl took the tip. I wanted to love this place

We are literally treated like almost royalty at this place. We are regular customers for years now. We had a child two and a half years ago but b4 the child we were always treated very well at the sawmill. But now with the princess is with us I swear they treat us like family. It reminded me of the old Southern diners I used to visit as a kid. The waitress even brought a few regulars their drinks without asking what they wanted. I ordered the shrimp and grits, which came with a biscuit. The grits were SUPER cheesey, but I thought they were pretty good. I’m glad we decided to try this place.

It’s my second time coming here. The young lady taking the orders is polite and welcoming. The first time, I had their hamburger pretty tasty.. this time, I had the rueben sandwich onion rings it was pretty meaty and tasty.
