Been here several times and it is consistently, far and away, the best Taco Bell in the greater Columbia area. Food ordered through the app is always ready when I get here, or is quickly ready from the drive thru. There’s two Taco Bells closer to my house but I will choose to come here every time. Staff has always been attentive and friendly in my experience too.

The worst customer service ever!! So I came to pick up my order & the person
Working the front counter filled my drink to the top. When I went to pick up my drink the top came off since it was not properly sealed and spilled my soda all over my white shirt. I immediately went back inside the store to explain to the manager (Kam is what I was told but highly doubt) what happened, he shrugged it off as if it was nothing. I asked them not to fill the drinks all the way to the rim of the cup. I was given a replacement drink and they did the same thing again, cup filled to the rim and spilling over outside the cup. I was never offered anything to compensate my ruined shirt.

I went to get a party pack got it home and there is maybe half a teaspoon of meat in them. I call and spoke with manager she hung up on me after me simply asking if that was a typical amount of meat for a soft taco. I will never go there again

Nice new store, clean. All ordering is through the kiosk, online, or drive-through. Still, it took a while to get the order, but it was good, and it was hot.

The guy was very careful taking our order since I messed it up a couple of times and had to correct myself but he was very understanding and didn’t skip a beat. We showed up with this huge, complicated order for 6 people really late and he didn’t complain once. The food order was perfect upon its delivery and he even included tons of sauce. He did a really great job! Thank you young man! You rock!
