I went to this location since the one on prospect was so incompetent and overrun with their time being in all red on every screen in the facility so I hopped over here and yes the service was amazing and the cleanliness of the restaurant was good and their times were okay but at the same time one of the boys was in such “good spirits” that he decided he was going to play pranks on the line cook and while the boy was trying to make my sandwich he kept telling him that it wasnt the right sandwich to make and he inevitably ended up messing up my sandwich on accident listening to the boy mess with him about my order so the service and the time ended up not being relevant to my visit there which was why I went because either way it went my food was still messed up. I ordered a steak egg and cheese McGriddle with no slivered onions and it even states that on the receipt the boy was reading from and he put onions not only did he put the regular amount but he got distracted and put double on there as well and as I tried to tell him this he kept going on about his story that every restaurant should have High spirits like that and although I agreed he would not listen to me and kept talking over me. Then he had to top off my frappe because the whipped cream and stuff melted after I asked him to remake it then on top of that they didn’t even remember my hash brown which I saw him just bring up a fresh batch as I walked in.

I wish I could give 0 stars this location sucks!! the short manger lady with grey hair is crazy rude bcuz i told her they over charged me then another worker named Ashley in the second window more rude then the one before I told her I was missing my fries then she slammed the window shut cussing up a storm because she messed up. Like we can hear you mam . Bad customer service

Sign for menu at drive through not working. Person taking order at window did not take order correctly. Hamburger buns were old and stale.

You have a 70 / 30 shot you will enjoy your experience at this location. My primary concerns go to my notice that the drive in displays and speaker systems have been in some state of disrepair for months. Reporting the difficulties in ordering / understanding is met with something approaching distaste. Fully 20 % of the orders I have placed here are missing some item or part of the item. It isn’t always a happy place.

The staff here is great. They are friendly and helpful. The fries are kind of hit or miss sometimes. I was not a big fan of the new chicken tenders (weird texture) or the creamy chili sauce (bland) but the burgers and chicken are usually good (usual McDonald’s standards).

Worst service I’ve ever dealt with at a McDonald’s, so bad it made me laugh. Needless to say I drove off. When someone asks how you’re doing and you say terrible and have an attitude with your customers it’s not good for business. Not to mention after taking my order they had me sit there like an idiot never asking if that was it or telling me my total. Just complete silence. Whoever is at the window needs to get in the kitchen because obviously they don’t like dealing with people. Needless to say I drove off but what am I supposed to expect from a McDonald’s lol
