Customer service was really great. The place was so busy and everyone was trying their best to serve as many people and complete orders as fast as possible. Nora was at the register and she was a great help.
The gelato itself was really good. The flavors were strong and I really enjoyed the fact that they did not taste overalls sweet. The menu has a lot of different options depending on your mood and the serving sizes are great.
My only complaint was the tables had not been cleaned and where customers sit was dirty.

Asked for a banana split and told the cashier I did not want chocolate syrup, nor the toppings of cherries or pineapple which she said it came with. I asked her if I can also add peanuts to it and she said it had already came with it so I said okay. When I received this part of my order, the banana split had the chocolate syrup and cherries and did not have the peanuts; I also felt the ice cream was very very running I expected it to be a bit running since she said they had no soft serve, which was fine with me, but it was a bit too much. I went up to ask one of the workers for the peanuts that I asked for and she told me it does not come with it and I responded with that the cashier told me it did come with it. When she eventually brought them out, she said “next time tell them that you want to add it” and I said “I did tell her”as if I didn’t already tell her that prior to getting them. She responded with “she’s stupid she doesn’t know,” as in referring to the girl who took our order. I found this very unprofessional the way this was handled. We also had a large order, and my partner asked for a sundae; he was the last one to get his item because they forgot about it given that we noticed people who came after us were already receiving their order and his was the only thing we needed. After telling one of the workers, that’s when they started to barely make it. Seems like a lot of young people are the ones who are working here and overall based on my experience, they need more training on customer service/ interaction, communication amongst each other, organization, and keeping the place clean. The tables inside and outside looked like they hadn’t been wiped in the last few hours and a few things on the floor. Flavor of ice cream was good but presentation and experience needs improvement.

Not too busy on a Tuesday night. The person who took our order was super patient and made great recommendations. There are so much options to choose from. Definitely try the crepe but I like how they have Italian ice cream. The chairs aren’t too comfortable but that’s okay since the food tasted 10/10!! Will definitely come back.

The owner Useff was really nice! I usually am basic and get an Oreo shake but he let me try a new flavor (biscoff)! It wasn’t my favorite but he was really kind about changing it for me back to Oreo! I love it here thanks soo much for trying to get me out of my comfort zone!
