The fact that every single time I order a happy meal for my kids there’s barely any fries in it is ridiculous. You think you’re feeding your kids, but you’re not. I got a happy meal for my 1 year old today and there wasn’t even enough to feed him. There were 5 fries in 1 container and then even if you added them together they didn’t fill up even just one. And it’s sad that it doesn’t really take alot to feed a 1 year old yet there still wasn’t even enough for him. I called about this and all that was said is that he would tell the other managers, I don’t think the guy was even a manager even though I specifically asked for one. I don’t typically complain about fast food places but I have had to say something about this multiple times and feel bad every single time I even have to say anything.
There’s a girl who typically works the drive thru taking orders that is absolutely wonderful and she’s usually the one who takes my orders, so the stars I did give are for her.

We were on our way to Natural Bridge for some hiking, but needed a bathroom break and some travel food. Stopped here.
Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked.
Cheeseburgers and fries were fresh and hot. And the young gentleman who waited on my husband told him about a deal with burgers, fries and a drink, so we got a drink, too. Made my husband’s stop so worthwhile.
I was admiring the breast cancer awareness pink pumpkin and talked with another young lady about their personal connection to the cause. Two people close to them fighting the battle. Prayers for their full recovery. (BTW their pumpkin was a contest winner.)
We will remember this location on our next hiking adventure to the area.

This makes the third time we have been in the outside lane for service. Fours cars went thru the first lane while the truck still sat there in front of us in outside lane. We pulled out for the last time and will NOT be back as the truck in front of us hadn’t figured it out. I had also seen were other ppl experiencing the same issue as we have on FB. Loyal customer done!!

The fries were cold and oily and my double quarter pounder was very cold it was clearly old meat. I tried to talk to the person that finally waited on me at the counter and they just kept looking down at their phone so I threw the food in the trash and left

Will absolutely never be back there we went in this evening at 10 pm was told that the dining area was closed and then literally stood there so long that we just ended up getting frustrated and leaving because nobody would even come to the front to take our order because they were afraid that we were going to sit there and eat which was allowed the dining room was not closed according to the doors posted hours for the dining room I think they just did not want to clean up after anyone but I was perfectly fine with getting food to go but we stood there for about another 5 or 10 minutes with nobody coming to take our order and just walking past us what also like to mention that it was my daughter’s birthday
