All the tables in the dining room had chairs on top of them only booths were available for use. At 12 noon on a Sunday no other customers there which should of been a huge red flag. My 2 piece meal was awful, had to go back and get on of my sides. Employees left the place in a car and the one that was left was on their phone outside. If it was the last place left to eat I would starve.

Went in today 1/18/25 and there’s only 3 workers working. Ordered the 9 piece chicken and waited 20-25 minutes because it was fried fresh and he was the only one packing food for other orders as well(dashers and drive through). He did apologize for the wait time and had good customer service.

all i lowkey wanted was my five nights at freddys meal so i placed an online order, giving plenty of time to pick up. upon arriving, nobody answered at the drive thru and all of the doors were locked. turns out nobody was in there with no cars in the parking lot. this was at 6:30 on a friday, they close much at 11. they left their store unattended. this was by far my most awful experience and i promise im not a karen, ive never even written a review until now

I wish I could leave a 0 star on everything. This happened on 1/30/26. We got there and no one was in the drive thru, my boyfriend ordered, and then whoever was talking on the speaker didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. I spoke up and said are you ready for me to order? He said yes and I ordered. We pulled up to the drive thru and the boy put his hand out for us to pay, he never said anything, gave the card back and our drinks. Didn’t say anything to us at all. We waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes, the first words he said to us were please pull forward. We pulled forward and waited 30 minutes to get our food. I looked in the window and one of the lady workers was talking to some boys and that were sitting inside. She was not helping in the back at all. We waited for 30 minutes and got tired of waiting. Also, we were the only car in the drive thru the entire time, and no one else was there besides the boys inside who already ordered. We took the loss of 30 dollars and went home. One of the worst experiences ever. Avoid this Popeyes at all costs!

I had the worst food service experience of my life there at Popeyes in Asbury today 1/5/26. I ordered pickup, when I arrived the manager alerted me that a delivery driver took my order. Despite that the order was released to delivery by mistake from the staff, they refused to remake my order or refund me. The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced, avoid at all costs.

I’ve been here 3 times in the past few months and they’ve given me 3 fries each time. The first 2 times an employee told us to pull ahead to the garbage can after paying. Gross. Chicken is consistently cooked to a crisp to the point I can’t chew half of it, they didn’t forget my biscuit but didn’t include honey. This was like $15… don’t go unless you check the food 2-3x

We got the FNAF box, but they didn’t have the cupcake thing. They were also out of mac and cheese. Costed $10 for a box of 3 chicken strips and 5 cheese curds. The chicken was way over seasoned. Didn’t come with a fountain drink, so we had to order those separately, but they ended up tasting bad.

We saw a Popeyes commercial on our tv at home. We literally drove an hour to get to this Popeyes. The lobby was closed so we decided to go through drive through. We were the only customers. Service wasn’t friendly. Waited a long time just for our food to be cold. My son received mashed potato’s instead of Mac and cheese. This is the first time my husband and I have ever been to a Popeyes and we won’t be back. Absolutely awful.

The drive through employee was very rude and spoke in an aggressive manner. It was yesterday 2/8/26 at around 12 lunch time. I ask about the menu and felt that she was angry having to answer questions. Very nasty behavior she should be fired. Not to mention when I ask to buy another drink at the window she said I couldn’t ask for it at the window with no other car behind us and she was aggressive and rude in front of my 14 yr old son. I felt she wanted to hit me almost.
