I ordered two soft tacos with meat only and add an extra scoop of beef to each. This looks like a smaller portion of a single scoop. I normally am not bothered by the long wait times to get an order that is portioned well even though most of the time they miss the meat only part. My daughter loves her taco bell but rarely gets her order right.

I ordered online. I showed up at 10:10 PM to pick it up. I was driving a semi truck. I parked, went to the door and it was locked. I knocked, the staff opened and I told them I’m here to pick up my order. They told me I have to go through the drive thru. I explained the situation. It was obvious I was right there and couldn’t fit through the drive thru. The employees were willing to help, but the manager straight up refused and she wouldn’t even let them hand me the order. I get that policies exist for a reason. The rules is clear and made to control flow and operations. But leadership also means knowing when to apply common sense. There are situations where flexibility isn’t breaking the rules. It’s just good management. Knowing the rules isn’t enough. A real manager understands when to apply them and when rigid enforcement makes no sense

Ordered the Cheesy Street Chalupa box. Terrible they were so dry. Most bites had no meat. The Cheesy Bean & Rice burrito was also so dry I about chocked. The Nachos….oh.. well they didn’t give them to me. Just terrible.

Ordered inside, began to see people that ordered after me get their food, told them I ordered over an hour ago, then got my drink and 10 min later got my food. Left less than happy and when we got home, realized I was missing a taco. 4 tacos and 2 cheese roll-ups was not worth an hour. But they were nice.

On January 20th I personally watched the workers deny an in uniform service member service because she attempted to make a personal order 2 minutes after 10p.m.,this was after she stood there placing a large order for her entire squad. There was only me and the service member in the lobby and possibly 2 cars in the drive thru. They were not busy and if the service member had added their order to the ships order it would have taken the same amount of time. I wouldn’t eat here. Attitude stinks,lobby is dirty,food is always subpar,and they actively deny service members for being 2 minutes late

I hate to give bad reviews for a business and this isn’t by any means limited to this Taco Bell. Just my observation and my honest opinion. While visiting the area and needing a quick dinner to take to our room, but we decided to give it a try. I generally don’t eat Taco Bell but how bad could it be.

Went in to place the order which took forever since the drive-thru was so long. Apparently the drive-thru is the main focus so it took longer than expected.

Staff were friendly and the order was correct.

The food was edible, however, I dont usually consider a flour tortilla shell with a splash of what I assume was taco meat, and a few shreds of lettuce & cheese and possibly a diced tomato or two but that’s what I got. Ordered 4 soft shell tacos for my part of the meal. I could have scraped the meat and topping from all 4 tacos into the shell of one and still been shy of a good taco. At $2.00 per taco, I feel a little slighted. Taco Bell used to provide value for the money. Also had some other food in this order like a Nacho Supreme which consisted of a few chips, maybe a tablespoon of the suspected meat, and a little cheese. So much for Supreme.

I’m just wondering what makes people fill the drive-thru and keeps them coming back for more? I guess these are the times we are living in. I should have went with my gut and picked up Chick-fil-A instead.

If I want Mexican food in the future, I’ll be going to a real Mexican restaurant. Do better Taco Bell.

Absolutely the worst drive thru in town. 39 minutes for 5 cars and I still hadn’t ordered. I left and went to Burger king’s. 4 cars.. I was ordering in 2 minutes. Please get good people taco bell is my favorite but the workers dont work. No clue what they do but they suck.

I had ordered my food at 10:30 pm (closes at 2 am) and at 11:20 after several delays to my delivery, got a notification saying they cancelled my order due to ” store is having high demands .” So I waited and replaced my order, after another 20-30 min wait just for my door dash to text me informing me they’re refusing to make my order and should request a refund. Mind you it was only two lux boxes a totally fair and reasonable order.

This place is beyond terrible, the employees have no customer service and they are extremely lazy. They make you use a key os to order and refuse to take it at the counter, even though the same lady just took my order at the counter two days ago.But today they said they no longer do that. They said they were too busy and there was literally one car in the drive through. My husband has extreme allergies, and he doesn’t like to do the kiosk, because he is afraid he might do it wrong,, so he would rather order in person. The lady at the counter was rude and showed no sympathy or empathy and acted angry that we asked her to take our order. We decided to just leave so they would rather lose a customer than to just do their job.And take an order. Very sad! We will not be going back.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this place is outright HORRIBLE. I had a simple question about a pending order and the lady working drive through at 10pm (10/24/25) was extremely disrespectful, and said she “wouldn’t deal with it in HER drive through” when i was being polite. They’re always out of simple items like lettuce, rice, cheese, etc, they are always out of stock on Baja Blast (their most popular item) and don’t even get me started on the service you get as a DoorDash driver. They are rude, will ignore you, and make you wait at minimum 25 minutes making you consistently late on every order, only new drivers accept orders here because most experienced dashers understand its never worth it and will get you terminated. Drive to Jacksonville or pick a different store if you want decent service… and food.
