Udon Restaurant Salamanca completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, modern, and inviting—perfect for a casual lunch or a relaxed night out. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food, which made the entire experience even better.
And the food… wow. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The noodles had the perfect texture, the broths were rich and comforting, and the ingredients tasted incredibly high-quality. You can really tell that the kitchen puts care into every plate. I also loved how balanced the menu was—great options whether you’re craving something hearty, spicy, or light and refreshing.
Portions were generous, prices were fair, and everything arrived quickly without feeling rushed. It’s rare to find a place that nails both quality and consistency, but Udon Salamanca truly does.

Came here for dinner as it was close to a place we were at before. For a chain, it has everything you would want from this type of restaurant. The staff are very friendly, the service was nice and fast, the prices are very reasonable and the food was decent. Food wise, it’s not the best there is but for what you get, it’s decent if you want an Asian food fix. They have a lot of options and food vs quality vs price is good. Would recommend.

We wanted something different and UDON being highly rated we decided to give it a try. The service was good and we liked the atmosphere. My wife thought the ramen could’ve been a little more spicy and my udon was good but needed a little salt. But we really enjoyed it. It was nice to taste Cecilia’s work as she was on kitchen duty and she was the reason we wanted to come and we would like to come back, hopefully next time she’s off kitchen duty.

This is a nice place to have dinner if you like Thai Food and sushi dishes. The food is nice and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend this place to have this food as it appears to be one of very few if not the only place in Salamanca city to eat food of this cuisine.

Found this place while walking around la plaza. The food was really good and the staff was very attentive. Sara and Abril were very nice and made the experience that much better. He greeted us with a friendly smile, patiently explained the menu, and offered spot-on recommendations that made the meal even better. Drinks were refilled quickly, dishes arrived just as we were ready for them, and Alex checked in at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive.
His professionalism and positive energy created a relaxed atmosphere that really elevated the whole dining experience. If you visit Udon Place, I highly recommend asking for Alex—you’ll be in great hands.

With the experience of eating a lot of Japanese food, the rice was hard because the rice was undercooked, the sauce was too salty, and the amount of chicken cutlet meat was too small. It may be difficult to eat Japanese food in Salamanca, but I think it would be better to pay more attention.

I am vegetarian, so I went with edamame, vegetable tempura, ramen and a lava cake. Food was really good. If you go for lunch, they have a midday menu. The price you pay is incredibly low for the amount of food and quality of food you get.
Besides the great food, the service is quick and very friendly!! We were waiten on by Cecilia, very friendly and warm!
