Easy to order, clean facility, and quick service.
I got the kids chicken nugget meal with a chocolate frosty and it was great! Fries were soft in the middle, crispy on the outside. Nuggets were tender, but crispy outside. Of course I had to dip them in the frosty and it was great!

Ok where to start… First thing when you walk in the door you are greeted by… not employees. Straight up urine smell. The bathrooms are near the entrance and the smell is rank, terrible. Do not recommend eating inside at all. Then you order your food, gets your cups, go to the touch screen fountain to be greeting by no ice and no beverages, no sweet tea. Go to counter to get drinks and ice. Go back to get ketchup, out of ketchup at the station. Go back to the counter to get ketchup at the counter. Then get the food. Go to the table and the food is not correct. So have to go back to counter, wait for help to get food fixed. Took at least 20 mins for a 4 for $4 and $6 biggie bag. All in all, terrible service. I get it that fast food places are hurting for employees to get staffed up. But all in all a lot of issues.

Stopped in for a late dinner at 10:30 at night. Ordered a Dave’s double, fries and chili. Fries were cold and not fresh, chili was luke warm at best. Burger was a greasy mess. Not sure if I will stop at that one again.

I only have one star because you have to. The inside was dirty. I was told I couldn’t use my mobile pay because it had to be on a mobile order. This isn’t true as I used it on my drive-through order in Alabama. So I added more money that I didn’t need to and had to go get my card to pay. The outside trash can was overflowing. There were no customers there when I went in, and while I was there so there was plenty for the employees to do. My food was cold and there wasn’t any ice. I can see why there were not any customers there.

Order a large Carmel Frosty with my meal online. Had a big order because I bought food for everyone and when the other arrived at my house we realized that they gave us an ice coffee instead. Tried to call and of course can’t get a hold of anyone.

I came hungry; and left still hungry. I thought the Dave’s Single would be bigger than this. It wasn’t hot, and it didn’t have a taste to it, so I put extra ketchup and two packs of pepper on it. But it was still tasteless; I wasted my money on this. My husband said his Apple Pecan salad was good.

Stood at counter for 8 mins with no greeting, comment or anything. Food came out very crappy, out of almost all sauces. Asked how much just a 10 piece cost, lady said ” I dont know”.
