We absolutely love Fujiyama’s, it’s our go to spot for incredible sushi and a genuinely relaxed, welcoming vibe. In our opinion, their sushi is hands down the best in the valley! We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday there, and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The service truly stands out: the staff is fast, attentive, and so personable that they make you feel like regulars even on your first visit. As a special surprise at the end of the meal, they brought out a thoughtful gift for my wife, which completely made her day.
If you’re looking for top notch sushi, friendly faces, and that rare combination of quality and comfort, Fujiyama’s delivers every time. Highly recommend!

Been here 2x, the first time fhat i came here was on a wekeend, it was quite packed but got our food in a timely manner.

The 2nd time we came here, was today (Wednesday) during lunch time. This place was not busy at all, we got our food within a timely manner and service was great.

We got 1 california sushi roll (pic provided), terriyaki chicken w/fried rice. The rice was exceptionally good along with the terriyaki chicken. (I requested teriyaki sauce on side for me to pour it myself).

The rolls were great as well. They have such a variety of sushi options to chose from. Their menu is big as well!. They are priced reasonably. I definitely recommend coming here during the weekday during lunch when its not so busy like the weekends.

Plenty of parking, its on a shopping plaza near Red Robin, Dollar Store and Ross.

I have been coming here for years since it was first brought here by my cousin, who lives in Boise. This is a more relaxed restaurant with a family feel to it and reasonable prices.

It has a very calm vibe and its a good place if you like an atmosphere and that doesn’t get terribly loud. It’s in a convenient location if you are doing some shopping at the mall or other retailers close by.

This would be a nice place to have a first date or a relaxed dinner with friends or family. I don’t think I would recommend talking really young children here, but older kids over 7 or 8 would probably just fine. They also have the fun separate rooms with the sliding shoji screen doors if you want to have a more intimate dinner.

The food is always solidly good and the service is excellent. I usually enjoy getting one of the Bento Box dinners that has a little bit of everything in it. I really like that their tempura is light and crispy. A lot of times tempura can be tough or the oil hasn’t been changed. However, the tempura and other fried things here are really well done. I have had the sushi in the past and it is good quality for a landlocked area like Boise.

We love it here. The food is always delicious and fresh, and very filling portions for a reasonable price. The lunch specials and boxes are huge for what you pay! The atmosphere is classy but still casual. The ramen is stellar, if you’re not feeling sushi or katsu (two other favorites!)

The Salmon Skin Salad is our go-to dish, and their Signature Poke is simply top-notch. Add friendly and exceptional service to the mix, and you have a dining experience that makes for a pleasant end to even the most hectic day. Trust us, you deserve it!

Food was fantastic, more fish than rice on their rolls. The freshness of the fish is amazing. It was a shame we had lunch earlier in the day. It would have been nice to have tried more rolls, but we were full. The staff was very nice and attentive. It is too bad we don’t live close because this would become our go to places. We got our food in no time. If you are considering a sushi place, you must come and eat here you will not be disappointed.

Adam was an excellent server. He was knowledgeable, kind, and prompt. The staff is always accomodating to varied tastes & ages. Even when busy they are attentive & the portions are excellent. We have enjoyed the new specials each time. I highly recommend this restaurant. Try the fuji mountain, dynamite, or eastern dragon. We’ve never had a bad roll. We’ve been coming here for years. The facilities are always clean & well stocked. I appreciate their service over the phone also. Ordering from them is simple & they verify you’re calling for the correct location.
