Overall the food was good, but service was lacking.
Took longer than expected to be seated with a party of 6, approximately 15 minutes. Tables were open but not cleared. Once seated the server could not understand the order, and made multiple unsuccessful attempts to take the order. Finally he got another server to come with him to the table and we were able to order. My personal order was repeated a total of 4 times, and there was no modification to the dish. It took about 25 minutes to complete ordering alone. It was frustrating to say the least.
The chips were fresh and hot, and the salsa was great! Once the food made it’s way to the table it was pretty good. The shrimp were not over cooked and snapped when you bit into them. Was it the best Mexican meal I have ever had, no. But it was above average. What tarnished the experience was the service aspect. Not sure if the server was new, or there was a language barrier or something else… But there is an opportunity to improve. I would like to go again and try out some of the other dishes.

I come here with my family at least once a month. Very good food with lots of options. What is excellent about Cancun is there service. Nice and caring staff. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for my food.

My wife and I stopped for an early dinner this week with friends after exploring the trails at the ledges. The waitress was very efficient and the place was very clean and inviting. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and drinks. It was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service, great atmosphere & GREAT food at reasonable prices! The frozen drinks are HUGE and delicious. Best strawberry daquari my wife & u ever tasted! I strongly recommend trying this place if u haven’t already.

I personally love getting the ismeal special which is chicken and shrimp on a bed of rice covers in their amazing queso dip, but pretty much everything on the menu is delicious. If your debating on going I’d say Do It

I ordered the grilled shrimp cause I wanted something somewhat healthy, but what I received was baby shrimp wrapped in bacon and deep fried. Menu says perfectly grilled. Didn’t even taste good. $15.00 They filled the plate with rice and beans to make up for the tiny shrimp.
The server didn’t ask if we wanted salt on the margaritas and didn’t bring us water. Also didn’t ask corn or flour tortillas…
I was not happy with the food.
