I had a lovely experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. As soon as I walked in, the bartender, Nikki, greeted me and seated me at the bar. I ordered a ginger ale, which was nice and fresh; not flat like I’ve experienced at other locations.
What truly stood out, though, was the service. Sid went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, kindly moving me to the dining area when I decided to order food. He was attentive without being overbearing, consistently checking in at the right times and making sure everything was just right. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and offered thoughtful recommendations, which made ordering easy.
I ended up getting the chicken fingers and fries, and the portion was generous; I had enough to take home! Overall, the outstanding service made the entire experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be returning.

I had such a great experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse thanks to Tara! She is such a kind and funny server who really makes you feel welcome the second you sit down. She has an amazing personality and keeps the whole table smiling the entire time. Tara made sure our food came out perfectly and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Tara she truly makes the experience even better. I will 100% be coming back again, and I highly recommend others do too!

I was stranded in Fort Erie and wound up in Chuck’s. What an incredible place! Brandy, behind the bar was awesome, incredible service. The new found friends made me feel right at home and a wonderful lady helped arrange transportation over the border to Buffalo. Everyone was great, and so friendly. Food was good as well. Great experience, everyone at Chucks helped make an incredibly bad day so much better. I will always stop in Chucks going through Ft Erie! Thank you!

I loved the dining, i love chucks overall but this one stood my expectations . I usually start off with quesadillas and go from there my friend ordered a steak whom he loved, especially service from the tattooed guy Sid who provided exceptional service! He was kind and kept a nice smile, my friend was having a bad day he uplifted his mood which i really loved.

I had a fantastic experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse. The food was really nice—fresh, hot, and great quality—but the service was truly the best part of the night. Our server Sid, was incredible. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. If you go, definitely ask for Sid’s section. We’ll be back for sure!

Our server Sid was exceptional — very attentive, checked in at the perfect times, and was very knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout the meal. Great service that really enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend!

I’m a regular customer that has been coming here for years. It’s sad to say that place has really gone off the rails. I don’t want to discredit the few servers here who really go above and beyond, so Nikki, Luke, Joe, and Meghan – this doesn’t apply to you, you are all amazing at your jobs. Thank you for being kind to me and everyone that comes into this restaurant.
Every time I come in here I seem to always witness some sort of issues arising. Brandy is drinking on the job, or hitting a THC pen or being rude to customers. I don’t understand how she is still employed here after all of the reviews and customer complaints. It seems as though the owner refuses to take action and allows certain staff members to ruin his reputation. Which is unfortunate because he seems like a nice guy. The food is mediocre, it seems as though the kitchen staff for the most part is not really trained properly, which again is a management issue. The atmosphere feels judgemental and toxic, the way that Brandy and Danielle speak poorly and gossip about other employees to customers. Its unprofessional. I will not be returning to this specific chucks until the owner addresses these issues, because it is so unbelievably embarrassing that he allows this to go on. If it is out of the owner’s hands, then corporate needs to come clean this place up.
I feel bad for the servers and staff here who are good people, and care about their interactions with customers. You all would excel in a better environment where you are valued and not being gossiped about by the grouchy older bartenders.

New ownership seems to be working for this place. As the food, service, and menu offerings were all better than usual. Food took a little time to come out, but it was worth the wait. Good deals for happy hour and even very fair pricing on the regular menu options. After 9 p.m., their apps are 50% off. Drinks, mixers, and cocktails are good too. Definitely visiting again.
