Hi, my name is Britney. Today my family and I visited this Cicis Pizza around 11:30 am. There were two Hispanic managers who impressed us all. They do a great job! The restaurant is very clean, the pizzas are fresh, and they offered us the chance to download their app to accumulate points. Excellent service! They deserve more than 5 stars.

Very very disappointed! Throw up in front of the entrance my whole family got shoes dirty after paying i told the cashier he mention they will clean it up after 25 minutes it was still there they never clean it up the pizza was ok but the salad and soup bar was old and dirty drink station dirty there were 5 young kids working just playing around very upset never coming here again if this place look a mess I wonder what the restrooms look like I even witness a couple with kids in and leave-since they could not get in because of the throw up

Dirty place. Buffet is also messy. They’re are no clean utensils for salad eaters. The kids working are not very responsible. The Mac n cheese pizza needs flavor.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place was sooo bad. As soon as you walk in the place has the most unique smell, not a good one. Walking towards the back it smells like straight sewage! As soon as I pulled my chair out it’s sticky to the touch. Bathrooms were gross with FLYS everywhere. After using the bathroom I noticed random flys where you eat as well. At this point I did not want to eat here, but my husband said it was too late we had already paid. I was going to immediately ask for my refund if it hadn’t been for my husband convincing me otherwise. No one working here looked clean. The grandma who cleans the tables and bathrooms is not doing a very good job to be very honest. Save yourself the money and go eat a $5 little Ceaser’s pizzas instead of paying way more than that at this establishment for unsanitary food. Came home with the worse stomach pain, highly doubt they are practice good ServSafe. Hadn’t been to Cicis in over 10 years and definitely won’t be back.

I would pick a different cicis. The food just wasn’t as good as normal. Everything was a bit over cooked. I didnt even like the cinnamon rolls yuck. The cashier rung us up wrong bc he couldn’t understand what we were saying and we couldn’t understand what he was saying. There wasn’t very many people there for lunch time. And I understand why. The sink in the ladies restroom needs work. My 10 year old loves pasta and wouldn’t even eat the pasta. She said it was too soft. I will not go back to this location.

1. It’s soooo hot in there that outside feels better than being inside.

3. Buffett was so empty we had to literally wait on pizza family’s came in after us and wasn’t enough for us.

This establishment needs a lot of renovations. They had leaks in their roof. I know a guy if you’re interested. Tell him I sent you. Anyways, the floors were sticky, and the games were broken. Three of the games took my money as well as the quarter only machines. There were 6 empty pans, and only one had 3 slices of pizza. BBQ cheese. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ Epic! The lady I asked about the pizza didn’t understand English, and I had to repeat myself like 3-4 times. It’s not always the best place, but today I paid for the convenience.

Went inside and stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes no one noticed us even after tapping the bell at the front counter. Had already looked at somewhere else to eat as another group came in and they were approached almost immediately and we felt ignored

It saddens me I have to say this, but Cicis has completely lost their way. What was once my go to establishment has now fallen to the bottom of my list. Literally! Disappointment slapped me across the face from the moment I stepped inside as I had to almost beg for someone to take my money in exchange for their poor service. Then I walked over to drink station to see that overflowing standing soda had taken over the machine. Not to mention the fact they charged me full price for carbonated water and just as I had expected, every single slice of pizza on the buffet line was cold and crusted. Not only that, but the lifespan of a fresh out of the oven pie was about 4 mins. I am not even exaggerating when I say this. 7 Eleven pizza from yesterday would have been considered gourmet style compared to this place. Cicis just needs to hang it up at this point. Y’all had a good run, though. Unfortunately, however, your best days are behind you.

Two stars at best. The food was okay for what it is typical mediocre buffet pizza. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either.
The bigger issue was the overall experience. It was very clear the staff didn’t want to be there, which affected the atmosphere. More concerning was the lingering smell throughout the restaurant. There was a faint but constant odor that smelled like sewer gas and mildew. Near the bathrooms it was almost unbearable, and the area by the games had a strong mildew smell that made it uncomfortable to stay.
Because of the smell alone, this is not a place I’ll be returning to.
