I hate that chicken at Popeyes! I sing it when I drive by.
That aside. The chicken strips are getting sliced pretty thin. Also, the mashed potatoes and gravy seem about half empty on the portion. And please. Have the the decency to ask disruptive and loud customers to leave the restaurant. The kind that carry on like lunatics talking to the walls and shouting profanities at the ceiling. 12/11 Ordered again. The chicken tenders were sliced thin… mosly breading and the family sized macaroni was only half full. We got Kentucky Fried chicken tenders later on. I’ve included a picture of those too. Meaty and that Kentucky Fried chicken signature breading is so good. Plus they’ve got an eight piece bucket of chicken for $10 on Tuesday. Popeyes can get out of town. We are eating Kentucky Fried chicken from now on.

Ordered 2 sandwiches at 2:01pm finally walked up to the counter at 2:20pm looking for our food. They hadn’t made it. Finally got our food about 2:30 it was cold the fries were soggy. None of it had any flavor. The dining room was absolutely freezing. This is the last time I ever go to this Popeyes and it will probably be a few years before I go to any Popeyes. I also thought biscuits were standard with a combo but we had zero biscuits.

Went to East 10th Street in Sioux Falls, husband went inside ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich, fries and 3 straps, got home to a 3 piece dark meat, mashed potato and biscuit. Called to let the store know not what we ordered, person on phone claimed to be manager, was very rude, did not offer to make order right, was charged $16.96. Will never order again, this is the 3rd time we were treated rude and wrong order. DO BETTER, Slim Chickens, KFC and soon Chic Filet are all within 1 mile.

Here currently now and I called prior and they ignored my phone call, I came to the store and they weren’t even busy. I told them I called and the lady lied to me and said I hung up when she answered the phone.
The young black man with the purple hoodie is making jokes about me and how I am “not paying attention”
These employees are misrepresenting BLACK CULTURE. Very disappointed with the work ethic and the unprofessionalism. Not comfortable here and always a waste of time.
A good manager or employee shows empathy at least. But most stores compensate and and show empathy and respect. You will not find that here!
