I wish I would have taken a picture of the burger I just picked up from this location. I have never purchased a burger that so closely resembled the product photo.
I called to let their team know because I know positive feedback means a lot to people in such a demanding environment.
In the past I’ve gotten their jalapeño tots and they were so overcooked there was nothing inside. I’ve also seen posts of them on Facebook being seen using Chex soda in replacement for coke.
Today, I ordered the ultimate steakhouse burger that was so picturesque I regret not taking a picture but believe me I was impressed. I’ve also never gotten this whopper in a box and it was not only boxed but wrapped like someone cared. I noticed their fries were a lil different too but in a good way. I think they peppered them?!
When I called to give kudos they said they were under new management and I just felt like I knew that before I knew it. I’ve been saying the past few weeks how my jalapeño tots aren’t burned to oblivion, they actually have cheese inside now. I told her “oh yeah I can tell. It looks amazing.” I’m big on the presentation of food, I think it matters.
If you haven’t had luck at this location in the past few months, give them a chance again because they will blow you away.

I ordered french toast sticks and then I overheard the manager say they were out of syrup. I asked to cancel the order and the manager stated she could not refund a kiosk order and walked away. I stated that she needed to do something and she continued to ignore me. As she turned she addressed me very rudely so I got rude. The Managers name is Sandra. I will be climbing the corporate ladder to ensure someone of importance reviews the managers action and language! Store#3444 moog rd. And 19. I was told to call the number on the reciept. There was no number.

This is the third time I showed up to Burger King and they closed early. They are supposed to be open till 11pm but closed their windows as I drove up after taking the car in front of me order. It was only 10:27 pm. Just got out of work and wanted some food on the way home. I could understand once in a blue moon but this happening now three times is unbelievable. 1/5 service

This is hands down the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to and the sad part is it’s right by my house. Every visit is a disaster. I asked for no pickles, and somehow ended up with extra pickles. The food had zero flavor, the cookies were stale, and they didn’t even give me the pie that was supposed to come with my meal..
This isn’t a one time thing either, it happens constantly. I’m officially done with this location, and honestly, it needs a complete overhaul or to be shut down. Not worth the money, especially in this economy.

Making food couriers wait in a busy drive-thru is wild. I arrived at 830 pm and the lobby was closed. They told me through the window that I had to get in line. When I pointed out that there was 10 cars, he just shrugged. I got in the line at 835pm and didn’t make it to the window auntil 857pm. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, they claimed to be out of onion rings. This delivery was for two items only– a pie and onion rings. We don’t have to live like this.

I’ve given this Burgerking a chance three times and all three times I didn’t get what I paid for. Pretty easy order. A #1 meal medium no pickles, add cheese, extra mayo, add bacon and for some reason EVERY SINGLE TIME. Wrong.

I just made a $62 order at the mandated kiosk when the employee came over and told me their out of the onion rings. I asked for a refund and they told me they could not refund me. Youre telling me there’s absolutely no way to refund me? Thats bull. I travel for work and cant come to this store tomorrow to get a refund.Its absolutely absurd and I will be charging back through my bank and not returning to this location.

This is not sarcasm. Someone actually checked the bag and crossed off the items in the receipt. This has never happened to me before – anywhere. For once I wasn’t missing food from my order (this happens literally everywhere I go)

this place is absolutely disgusting. i legit went to get food and i got to the window and there was literally an employee was digging in in BUTT, i honestly think this was absolutely NASTY, someone like that needs to get fired!!!!
