Well I would’ve gave them 5 stars but I’ve ordered from here twice now since I’ve been working in Griffin, ga and they haven’t gotten my order right yet and 4 some reason I ask 4 sweet tea and I always get unsweetened come on mickey D I know this isn’t how tall doing pal out here smh

Chickens biscuit meal
1 apple pie (by suggestion selling)
And I rounded up to help support ur cause.
I received ONE sausage biscuit!
3 bacon egg biscuits
2 bacon burritos
A very burnt black chicken
And no apple pie
We don’t eat bacon!
Why are ordered here CONSTANTLY wrong?
While waiting, I watched 3 different workers walk in to get their order, walk back to their truck. Just to walk back in to say their order was wrong.
I keep trying this location every 3 or 4 months just to be assured they STILL get my same order wrong!
It’s written correctly on the receipt and bag tag.
Seems they just don’t pay attention to what they’re putting in which bag.

Where to start? Well let’s just talk about the fact I ordered a value meal which is an intended item that can get a customer in and out the door quickly without needing to spend much. But apparently this McDonalds has a reputation for not only being unable to get food out the door quickly. But to have a staff that lacks basic skills to communicate to each other. I was waiting for a $5 meal for 30mins… why would a Mchicken with 4 nuggets and a small Drink take that long? Well basically they need to fire an old woman that was standing in the front and looking at us like she doesn’t know why we were there. And have a manager that can effectively put teamwork in play. I did not see a single person take charge. Nor did anyone really bothered to care why it was packed full of ppl waiting. At the end of the day this place just needs a full restructuring!

This is usually my go to for a wonderful breakfast of hotcakes and sausage. Today, was very much an exception. The kiosk was down, several people in the lobby waiting to order. I kept watching the people in back, trying to make eye contact. After waiting five minutes with no acknowledgment, as one of the employees came through the lobby, I asked was someone available for the customers in the dining room. She abruptly said.”me,” before she brushed past me and went back to the kitchen. I can understand a wait if things are busy, but no acknowledgment, no, “ I will be with you shortly,”or anything of the such. I am very disappointed with my experience as I had for a second location, 10 minutes farther away

You work too hard to spend your money here. They will never get your order right?And they will always have a face of not wanting to be there. There was one time you can count on mcdonald’s for having a decent hot meal with the change you have in your pocket. Now it would appear , they just want the change in your pocket.

11 people working and there are lines wrapped around the building. 2 of the 3 shifts need help. The unfortunate part is the one shift that runs really well is only on in the morning’s.

This place is absolutely horrible, my brother went through the drive through today and ordered 4 burgers, got the the window and they said, “you had two cheese burgers, and he corrected them and she said oh yeah hear you go. He got all the way home and there were still only two cheeseburgers in there. I tried calling and there phone number isn’t even right. I have a baby and he was sick,so it’s not convenient to keep getting back out all because our food wasn’t right, we just wanted our food to be right for once. This is not the first time this McDonald has done this, I’m absolutely disappointed every time I go. But it’s the closest one to the house rather than having to go all the way across town.

The worst McDonald’s in Spalding County. Got in line at 5:48 and left with the food at 6:20. They were out of straws on a Friday night. Very poor planning and leadership inside those walls. Do yourself a favor and go to the RaceTrac across the road or Zaxbys because they never disappoint.

Usually don’t have a problem with McDonalds, but when it comes to false advertisement and the lack of awareness from employees then it becomes an issue. I’m not sure why the kiosk knows the advertising price and why the employee at the drive thru does not with confidence.
I’m aware McDonalds doesn’t do customer service but at least acknowledge the correct advertising prices for the customers.

I rarely eat at McDonald’s anymore because I get the same repetitive mistakes when they make my burger. This restaurant has done it the last 2 times I have eaten here. The previous visit the manager questioned me because I went back a couple days later however this occasion I went back with the receipt and the incorrectly prepared burger and showed them. Even though it is the closest to my house I doubt I will be eating here again. Not worth the hassle.
