My husband and I recently attended Biagetti’s with our small wedding party on the evening of our wedding. I don’t possibly have enough nice things to say about our visit! The manager on duty and the restaurant staff made our visit so special! After they found out it was our wedding day, they pulled out all the stops! They placed us in our own nicely appointed, private room, and they dressed our table so beautifully with a table runner and a big bouquet of fresh white flowers. They provided a complimentary bottle of champagne, which our guests really appreciated. And the food was outstanding, everyone was beyond satisfied with their meals and had leftovers to bring home and enjoy again. Then they really outdid themselves by surprising us with a beautiful cake! We had a very small and simple wedding and reception, and we initially didn’t plan on having a cake, and when they brought out one for us to cut together, it was extremely special! It was a gorgeous bungalow cake with fresh fruit baked into it, and it was absolutely delicious! The only regret I have is that I didn’t bring the remainder of my piece of cake home to eat again. Thank you Biagetti’s for wanting to make out Wedding Day that much more memorable and special. We will always cherish the memories made that evening!

Wonderful! I find myself sitting here and wondering why it took me so long to get here. I’ve been living in the area 27 years and see this restaurant regularly driving by. I wish I had come sooner. Clea was our server and was cordial, attentive and excellent! I had the Meat Treasure Chest – sausage, chicken braciola, beef braciola and meatball over penne. Huge portion. My wife had Zuppa Pesce, super well stocked (pun intended) -again a huge portion. The owner -Linda- even came by the table and asked how the meal was. As other reviews have mentioned, we are going home with food (see pic). We will be back! P. S. Get the Mississippi Mud for dessert – the menu said it was topped with chocolate chips, but it’s really small fudge balls (see pic).

Surprisingly quiet this past Friday we really enjoyed our meal. This is the second time I’ve been here and both times the portions were delicious and generous. Additionally each meal is served with soup and salad an bread making it hard for me to eat that big meal so I enjoyed it again the next day. Across the street from Beach and plenty of parking we will definitely be back again

This is by far the highest quality food in west haven. I bet even with 30 miles. The owners are fabulous and the food is amazing. Great outdoor entertainment during the season Not only do I love to have a great sit down meal the cater all our family’s gatherings. When a family member was down and out Linda the owner delivered the food personally and made sure we had the whole experience even though we couldn’t make it there she brought the restaurant to us. Amazing people and food. What’s worse than going out to dinner and still being hungry…WELL NOT HAPPENING HERE.

If you’re looking for a lousy, hostile, and unsanitary dining experience, this sure is the place to go! A few days ago, my family and I came in for a nice dinner only to have waiters pass us by for more than five minutes. Didn’t think much of it. The inattentiveness persisted even after we were finally seated down. Minutes passed by and no server had come to our table, but engaged cheerfully with the other tables. This behavior continued for the rest of the service! Horrible hospitality. Anyway, once the appetizers were served, my sister unwrapped her napkin only to see that one of the spoons was splotchy and dirty and had to ask for a replacement. The table cloth was also stained and crusty (do better). I would say it’s a fortunate thing that their portions are huge had their food been delectable, but it was undercooked, under-seasoned, and overpriced. A restaurant of this caliber shouldn’t think so highly of themselves as to overprice their below average food and treat their customers so poorly. Not to mention the tacky interior (yuck). Save your money and time.

Went there for my Granddaughters wedding reception. We were supposed to be in a private room. Instead, we were in an open dining area right next to the bar! The bar was open to the public, and there were around 20 people at the bar being excessively loud and getting very drunk! We could not enjoy our reception because it was so loud! And we were charged $50 a plate… why, I have no idea…because meals on their menu average about $25!! The food was terrible! Chicken parm was very thin sliced chicken that was dry and overcooked. The pasta was stone cold with hardly any sauce. And I question the cleanliness of this place: the floor in the bathroom was “sticky”, my cloth napkin had something stuck on it and had to ask for another one. We spoke to the manager, but to no avail. All she kept saying was that she had been in business for 49 years! She had absolutely NO customer service skills, and offered no possible resolution, no apology….nothing! She was very rude! In fact, she blamed my grand daughter for not coming to look at the place before hand! I warn all potential customers: please be careful in considering this place for a private event…. do yourself a huge favor, don’t even consider it…. there are other reputable places in the area that deliver great food, fantastic customer service!

Biagettis hosted Our Men’s Group Holiday Dinner on Tuesday, December 9th. We returned for the third year in a row. Myself as the Facilitator and the Group Members all had a wonderful time. The Manager paid attention to every detail. We have established a great relationship and will definitely be returning next year. We approximately had 25 people. Our private room was decorated with Holiday linen and fresh roses of red and white. The food which included roast beef, chicken parmigiana, manicotti, and stuffed sole was absolutely delicious. The portions were huge. The extras added a nice touch to the Holiday Season. See You again next year.

Had a party for My Aunt’s Carole 85th birthday party, John and the other guy provided us with great service along with the owner Linda with great flexibility with what we needed. Plenty of delicious food. I also wanna thank Linda with letting us have our own private room that made everything alot easier for us will definitely have another party in the future.
