One of the better burgers in the Cincinnati area. I would give it an 8.25 out of 10. The patty was tasty and perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh, the chipotle mayo was a great addition, and the bun stayed together throughout the entire meal. The Cajun fries are a must. Overall, I felt the burger was priced right and the meal was enjoyable. The downside is the service. It seemed like they did not have enough waitresses working for the volume of customers. Either that or the waitresses are hiding in the kitchen. We had to wait much longer than we should have, on several occasions, to get the waitresses attention and what we needed. For example, it took almost 10-15 minutes after we finished eating to get the check and another 10-15 minutes to actually pay and get out the door. That should have been a 5 minute process tops, not 20-30 minutes. I would rate this place 3.5 out of 5.

My wife tried this place looking for a nice “quiet” atmosphere with decent food. We both really enjoyed the atmosphere! We could talk to each other without raising our voices because in a lot places it so loud when busy. It’s a good burger place, we will be back.

Service was awesome very sweet helpful staff. Someone spilled something on our table, scooped up the spilled sauce a while later but never got what was on the table. I barely noticed though, was enjoying the food and company too much!!

Having dined at a historic downtown hotel and experienced the worst Ruben sandwich, I’m happy to have discovered that Arthur’s has the BEST Ruben anywhere! Very unassuming, it’s not a gargantuan pile of corned beef. Shaved corned beef with equal amount of sour kraut, and swiss cheese, dressed with a modest amount of thousand island and grilled to perfection on standard sliced marble rye. Toasty goodness!
And don’t get me started on their crispy fries. These have a magic coating that is so light, but so crunchy, holds itycrunch even when the fries cool down. Has to be experienced.

Should be 4.5 stars. 5 is for consistency. Previous reviews had concerns about cold food, and overcooked burgers. “Neither of these happened tonight!” Great staff, great temp on the burger, and all was hot and fresh. Athur’s delivered exactly what the promised.

Our burgers were july and favorable. The fries were crispy on the outside and tender and flakey. My wife enjoyed her cole slaw (that isn’t always the case) and our waitress was attentive without being pushy.

4 stars on the nachoes and turkey club-i did ask for it not to be toasted, but it actually was good toasted, hamburger was well not medium, but the kids liked the IBC & corn dogs. Too expensive in my opinion, my 1st time here so I had no idea. Service needs some work. Not the friendliest person, seemed like she was just going through the motions, she didn’t clear the plates, didn’t check back, and didn’t notice my broccoli was too cold to melt butter. Glad we stopped to at least have a new experience.

First time here and we were pleased wirh our hamburgers and salad. The accompanying fries are generous and can substitute, which is great. The service was good too and they were patient with our long stay.

We had very friendly server, she did a good job and checked on us frequently. I had a Philly burger with sweet potato fries and it was very good, my husband had a sweet baby Ray bbq chicken salad, he wasn’t very impressed with his salad , it was mostly greens with a very small amount of chicken. They have mostly burgers with several different choices.. They also offer salads, sides and sandwiches . There is a bar and alcoholic drink menu at the tables . The restaurant is has a sports bar atmosphere with TV’s and ball games on.
