Worst McDonald’s Ever!!! Buyer beware!!
All the food was cold, and the hamburger buns were so hard you could hardly bite into them along with being burnt. The meat on the buns was so dry that I simply threw it away The only positive thing is that the employee is got the order, mostly right except there was no tea in the dining area and no ice in the ice machine. I’m sure the reason why the order was done so quickly it’s because it had been made prior, and they simply served it. Cold and hard. It was a huge race of money and a mistake. I will never make again

I only go to McDonald’s for breakfast. And coffee. Was not impressed with the service. Didn’t get my order right and the coffee was not very hot. Which is one of the reasons I enjoy McDonald’s coffee. It’s usually really hot. I probably won’t stop here again

This location is disgusting. Flies all over the dining area. No ice in the soda dispenser. Diet Coke was flat. Counter was sticky and sloppy with discarded cups and straws, napkins. We could hear employees in the back talking rudely about a drive thru customer. My burger was completely dried out and lukewarm. This is not my first bad experience, but it was definitely the last time I will ever patronize this location.

What a terrible experience. First off, they couldn’t find my mobile order that I placed and showed them the confirmation. They the lady was completely rude when she asked what was ordered. Should have checked the bag because that was completely wrong as well. If only Wakarusa had more options, avoid this place if you can.
