This was my second time here, I came here for the first time last week because I was working in the area. The building is cool, its looks just like a rustic barn, the inside has the vibe to match. The staff were super friendly and attentive. I never had an issue with seating, we got right in and right out. The food was great, in my two recent visits, I’ve tried the roast beef, pastrami, and chicken. None disappointed. I also love that the prices are fair considering where the economy is at. But that’s why they are always busy! If you’re in there area this is worth the stop. Come hungry, leave happy.

Beautiful atmosphere with prompt and courteous service. The order was ready in under five minutes. The pastrami sandwich was absolutely delicious for only $6.50! Deli pickle was spot on. 5/5 will definitely be back for more.

This is one of the BEST restaurants I’ve ever eat at. As its name suggested “The Beef Barn” all of the meats are EXCEPTIONAL from the chicken, to the hotdogs, to the BURGERS (which require no sauce), to the award winning roast beef. This place rocks. The staff is friendly and warm; the food is 10/10. The prices are also exceptional when and do you order directly from them. I am a permanent fan.

We stumbled upon this restaurant and gave it a shot, and I’m glad we did. Food was phenomenal! From the pastrami sandwich, the steak sandwich, the B.L.T, to the fried chicken sandwich. The pastrami melted in your mouth. The steak was on the well side but loved the flame broiled flavor. The B.L.T had plenty of bacon. The chicken had a nice crispy exterior, and once you sink your teeth into the chicken, it was so juicy. Prices are very reasonable, and the sandwiches are no frills. You could easily take down a couple of sandies or try a couple of different ones! That’s what I’ll be doing the next time I stop in you best, believe that! This is going to be a go-to stop when we are in the area.

Great open Kitchen with farmhouse retro decor. There’s counter seating or tables. Very cozy atmosphere including eating in a little silo area. Waitstaff is always very friendly. Today Michelle was our waitress. Very personable did everything with a smile. Delicious sandwiches that definitely won’t break the bank. Today we had a chicken sandwich, a pastrami, 2 hot dogs, large fries, thick yummy milkshake and a coffee for $25. They have great burgers. My favorite has pastrami on the burger. Inexpensive pie choices for dessert. For the atmosphere and the overall value I very much recommend. Food is great!

I saw this place reviewed on the Phantom Gornmet. Looked fantastic. Went to Rhode Island one day my gps took me along rt. 126 . Saw it on my way down and said ill go and check it out on my way back to framingham. Walked in and sat down . The service was great greeted with a smile. Ordered the roast beef sandwich and a steak sandwich. Both outstanding. Portions were small but very very good. They did raise there prices a couple of dollars for each item from when i saw it on TV. And fixings are ala cart like cheese, onions, mushrooms, etc . Overall great place for lunch. I have visited many times after that when I am in the area. The bbq sauce is outstanding also. I wonder if I buy a pint or so. Lol

great food and an unbelievably fair price (for this day and age), friendly staff, really cute atmosphere. I’ll be back here as often as possible. crazy how I fed the family here for 35$ but if it was Chinese food from say Fiji it would’ve been 100$

Excellent place for a classic roast beef sandwich. Roll was soft and tasty as well as the roast beef. I love the simplicity of the place, and you can put your own sauces on and control how much you prefer on the sandwich. Service was prompt and quick. Will be back!

It’s a sandwich shop with an antique farmhouse vibe. The staff were attentive and polite. I had takeout. I tried the cheeseburger, a small fries and a small salad. The cheeseburger was good I like that they let you choose toppings a la carte. I wouldn’t say the burger was outstanding, just good. It wasn’t dripping with grease though which I appreciated. The fries were great nice and crispy just how I like them. The salad was also good, I could tell it was fresh. No brown leaves and the house dressing was delicious.
All in all I’d come here again. I give it four stars because it’s good and I recommend it but I wouldn’t say it’s my all time favorite burger.
